This place is only for those who can really afford the products here as they are extremely costly. Otherwise the service is very top notch and professional and the place is well maintained. There are also a wide variety of products available here like handbags, belts, shoes, wallets, keychains, etc. Also note that they only accept card and cash payments and UPI payments are not accepted.

Louis Vuitton needs no introduction, being the world's most iconic & valuable luxury brand. - Visited the Bengaluru UBCity LV store with my wife for an intended gift for her. - Was attended by Jasraj who showed us around with great care and we chose the "The Speedy Bandoulière 25" amongst the multiple models available at the store. - The store look and feel along with hospitality is same as visiting any other LV store anywhere on Earth. - We were very pleased with the overall buying experience. It was very peaceful and a non-hurried experience. - And a cherry on top, we were expecting delivery of the bag around 4/5 weeks from the date of purchase, but my wife was overjoyed to receive it in less than 2 weeks' time. We want to thank Jasraj for the wonderful experience offered. Overall, we look to be back for more purchases in the future.

It’s been 48 hours ans still no reply from the store …. A Executive girl picked the call and she was like as if owning the Louis Vuitton started showing her attitude …. Such kind of approach comes from illiterate people how come a huge brand valued fame company hired her …. It’s very tough time for the brand to grew with these kind of inexperienced and imperfect sales executives….. these kind of experience degrade the brand value it’s a shame her name is MANNAT SOOD

I bought a belt from lv banglore store and leather got damaged in few months only when i asked them to return it or exchange it they started giving me lame excuses i think they have given me duplicate belt but when asked them give me u r contact details or mailing address they started making excuses

It's LV and not the place for everyone. Only the ultra rich and celebrities can afford them. Despite having a heavy price tag, they lack so much in the design segment. If you are filthily rich and wants to buy something that's funky, this is not the store then. This is located on the ground floor of UB city mall and is the only store in Bangalore.

The worst possible management by the staff. Visited the LV store in Paris and Germany and I had better treatment there tbh. Think twice before you decide to make a purchase at this Bangalore branch. They connect you with one of their own sales person on WhatsApp who will never give you accurate information on the pretext of being “busy” when their store has <10 people visiting in one hour. The whole experience was so bad, took me 2 visits to pick up a bag that was supposed to be registered in my name, but wasn’t, and literally taking me everything in my might to get the bag hot stamped, coz they say they don’t do it weekends, what could someone who works for a living on weekdays do? Don’t we have lives outside of visiting the LV store ? Luxury buying you say ? Wish there was a 0 I could rate here!

Couldn't find the large white alligator strap in the US and I was lucky to have found it in Bangalore. The customer service is impeccable. They did not have it in the store but the gentleman took my number and called me back in a couple of days. He had the item delivered to the place I was staying. Great service.

A very expensive place for expensive taste people ...

The staff here is very helpful and caring they help you figure out the right products. Price wise, it's anybodys guess, so I'll leave the price part of it for you to decide

This is for poor customer service . The front desk girl is judgmental and had a poor customer service attitude. She has offended us by asking personal questions like what you do and how you guys meet etc..this is derogatory and unprofessional. First she ignored us and wasted our time and make us waited and assisted other customers who came after us. We don’t like her unprofessional judgmental attitude and experience we had in the store .ll not visit Bangalore LV store anymore in future for sure. She is not as per the brand standard.

Nice and too expensive , limited shoppe can’t find the desired product. Will take more time to import the products from other countries

The respected owner should take note and definitely act on the customer’s reviews. They Probably have the worst staff possible. Only Mr. Sheshek seemed to be well groomed, educated and experienced to handle clients. LV isn’t an ordinary brand, so the staffs better know that they are neither dealing with ordinary people. Today was the first time I visited LV in Bangalore, next time I would probably opt to visit LV elsewhere in India or wouldn’t mind flying Dubai to visit LV! Pretty sure lot of other customers would feel the same.

This is my every day spot, especially my client advisor Jasraj is amazing. I have never exited the Maison without shopping. Great client service.

Second purchase here and found two things missing compared to other LV stores across Asia which is quite basic. 1. No hot stamp availability over weekend. Not sure why or if it’s one off case! 2. Ribbon wrap was missing on my box for my long wallet so it felt lack of an effort and an incomplete unboxing! 3. No perfume samples or freebies gifted! However, service was genuine and friendly by most SAs who attended me.

Purchased a loafers n very worst product. No proper response from the manager and it's better to gift these products to beggers rather than using. Such a worst products. Will soon update the pics gifted to beggers bec of low quality souls and no response from the team.

Good range of LV products. Cozy setup to drool over the stuff as the staff take time to explain you the features, options etc of the products. Service was top notch from both the regular staff and the trainees. They have in store pick up, delivery options that help a lot these days. Jaison did a great job with our purchase, really happy about it.

The luxury to shop LV in store is only at a few places in India and to have it in Banglore is amazing!!! The store is small but the collection is decent. However, the lady at the store was snooty and didn’t wish me. Actually I had no one wish me while I was in the store and I thought that was a little weird given it’s a luxury store.

I have been Cheated with so called brand store . My shoe size is 11 I was given 12 size which too big for me to use . I had Trusted this brand I was waiting for a good occasion to wear it .. finally wen the day arrived I notice that they have given me wrong size and now they say we can’t exchange it .
