My experience with Kiran physiotherapist clinic was almost satisfying. Pro: My concern was about uneven shoulders. After 7 days of treatment (which costed a lot) I have seen some results and the issue was nearly resolved. I have also developed some strength and muscles awareness. I will need to continue with prescribed exercises for a month or two at home. Cons: Charges are pretty high for any middle class. 1k per day for most of treatment. Staff could be little more welcoming and communicating throughout to make anyone feel more comfortable at clinic. I felt very awkward alone.

I was in lower back pain from last 10 months..My pain started in October 2021. I experienced this beast of a sciatic nerve pain in Feb 2022 due to disc herniation in L5 and S1 (9mm & 11mm) which restricted or rather put a hold on all of my day to day activities, walking, sitting, sleeping etc. It would nearly kill me if I sneezed or laughed, that’s how excruciating the pain was. I am a resident of Canada and tried seeking treatments from different physiotherapists, Chiropractors and massage therapists in Canada, took several pain injections and medications but nothing was working. By far one of the best physiotherapy clinic I’ve ever been to, well actually I was suffering from scoliosis since my school time and was living in the dark since then. I’ve tried so many things from exercising at home to hittin the gym but nothing worked then finally I reached Kiran Clinic and to no surprise Dr Sudarshan Joshi is a man with magical powers like I’ve seen visible corrections after the day 1 session and after day 10 the changes are so clean! Sudarshan Sir is a very experienced and professional doctor, and also a great human being. I visited the center for multiple issues related to my posture and fibromyalgia. I have minor bulge in C4-C5 and L5-L6. I thought my pain had to do with disc bulge or nerve compression due to it. But the staff assured me that the consistent chronic pain was due to my bad posture since years and deficiency- and can be corrected. No doctor ever made me feel hopeful about my situation and mentioned that my spine curve will not become normal again. The staff at the Clinic, special thanks to Neha mam, performed the therapy very diligently and treated me with utmost care- teaching the exercises with lot of patience and listening with concern. Sudarshan sir did posture correction and also released my back spasm, which was there from a long time. My neck bulge has reduced a lot and I also see a lot of improvement in my spine curve. Although I still have pain after returning to work, but I am hopeful that with the regular exercises taught by Sudarshan Sir and Neha madam, I can be better. Last but not the least, Sudharshan Sir's Craniosacral therapy made me very relaxed, I went into a very deep relaxation state- it was an unforgettable experience. I went to Kiran's clinic with severe sciatica pain. I had scoliosis since my childhood and I couldn't get rid of the pain even with the release excercise every time I does during my tough days with pain. Dr sudharshan Joshi explained everything about the treatment and the sessions it would take for the recovery. During the 1st two days of the sessions I felt relieved only for few minutes as the pain was very intense I tempted to take a pain killer.
