    Worst Experience, Branch Manager and Staff's behavior is disappointing. Past 5 days of my life really makes me to think is our hard earned money safe in the banks or these people are good enough to take care of our life time savings, earning etc. Do they really deserve to be a guardian of our money. Incidence took place on 11/05/2018 which really shook me within. I got an SMS that my account is debited Rs. 611 I reacted in no time and called back on the number provided in the SMS to block my debit card instantly because this transaction is not done by me, but all this process took 2-3 min. and by the time I blocked my card account further debited Rs. 6,500/- now total amount I lost is Rs. 7,111.63/- I reported the issue to customer care and they asked me to submit Card Holder Dispute Form ASAP. Since it was already friday evening banks were closed on saturday. So I reached the bank on Monday 14/05/2018 on Axis Bank, Kamal Palace Branch, Yeshwant Niwas Road, hoping to get some quick help but words of Branch Manager and Attitude of her subordinate really pissed me off. Instead of taking this issue seriously and helping me out to submit the above mentioned form. She takes the whole matter casually and said to me its very regular kind off thing and everyday we witness 1-2 cases of debit card fraud. I tried to make her understand that it is a serious breach in bank's security that someone hacked my debit card, but she is very relaxed and told me a story of a woman who also lost her money when she paid her child's school fees online. I was clueless after listening all this so I ask them to atleast submit my Card Holder Dispute form ASAP and take an application but She didn't take my application but assure me to submit Card Holder Dipute Form. But again I was disappointed, its been two days since I gave them a form to submit still they have not submitted it. Finally I submitted it online myself. Finally really annoyed by the behavior of Manager, Axis Bank, Kamal Palace Branch, Yeshwant Niwas Road Indore and attitude of her subordinates who intentionally kept my form on waiting. So, Next time you go to a church, mosque, temple or gurdwara or in whichever God you believe in pray him to safeguard and to be the saviour of your money. Because he's the only care taker of it now a days. May God Bless You

    Worst and Pathetic Banking Services. They are only good in your good times. Bank Manager was not at all supportive. Female Staff stated "You are not the only customer which bank has" I was given resolution to close the account in arrogance even though I was willing to maintain the account as it was 8 years old. Staff needs to be trained on customer service should not forget because of customers they have their job.

    Very unresponsive and unhelpful staff. I have been trying to get my credit card close for more than 3 months, but have been made running pillar to pillar with no resoltion.

    They are not customer friendly and do not value their customers and their time. They intentionally make things difficult for account holders even to get a simple statement, worst experience. I would not recommend this bank.

    Worst experience given by female staff..they need training for good and respected way of talking with their clients..first they give false info and when we react and do needful by self.they WhatsApp you in I'll manner with their clients who are taking services from last 20 years.

    There was a amount of 12000 debit from my account when i gone to bank they said it is a lean since Aug. 2020 but that amount was debit from my account 2 days before when i had complaint for it they said in 2 days i will rcv solution the solution they have given to me that they said lean amount has been adjusted even though it was adjusted in 2020 when i ask for send this on email the lady said that i can not send email to you. come to branch i am visiting branch since 3 days again she said to visit branch again. what this guys think that customer is always free or what .

    Worst experience by female staff, third class behaviour ,they need training how to talk with clients, they talk about their client by appearance and age..replace all female staff or else client will move to other banks.

    Highly unprofessional and unethical person who sold me MaxLife insurance telling me lies about the withdrawal policies. Once I was in, he told me I cannot withdraw funds for 5 years. He talks very rudely, hangs up my calls & eventually stopped taking my calls.
