It's terrible experience we have with the kseb in our area (mythri junction, Muttom, Haripad). almost all the time we have no power, if we call kseb office, then we get the answer that the lines have issues and we are fixing. But to our surprise the issue is never fixed, in a day itself the power goes atleast 15 times. Really do not understand what issues are been fixed this way. Our work from home is disturbed totally and even it affects the online classes of our child. Even after complaints raised almost every other day there has been no solution to this.

Previous experience taught me that some of the staff at KSEB, Thattarambalam not up to the mark. It is my personal opinion. The service towards the common people to be improved. Overall rating is 3
