A nice, clean spacious center which is well equipped with tools and for practice. Naveen master is professional and extremely skilled. He puts genuine effort and pushes you to cross your limits by being friendly. He provides training based on an individual's strength/stamina to reach one's maximum potential. He observes clearly and explains to you patiently where the improvements are needed and helps you in doing the same. The training brought a change in my lifestyle by giving me confidence in my posture, body language & mental health. Highly recommended.
