I booked one house at beach paradise, ECR, Anumandai, near Marakkanam. The construction is very good. The staff are cooperative. Especially Mr. Karthikeyen, Mr. Ashwin and Mr. Sarathi cooperated and still helping me whenever I require. The 2 BHK house is sufficient for a family of 5. It has all the a minutes. The Gated Community has swimming pool and gym.

I bough 4 properties so far but my experience with Bora Housing was totally remarkable, they are professional, ethical and responsible. There is always a personal touch throughout the process, i truly appreciate it!! for any work or feedback just one call or message was enough, there was no need of any follow ups, team is proactive. Their villas in ECR are built with the perfect combination of style and comfort. Well laid out plans and good quality construction and the finishing materials used are from the higher end quality spectrum (not the standard ones builders usually provide). Very transparent and open negotiations with Neelesh Bora and Ashwin and they patiently answered all our questions before we made our decision. They have a supervisor on site, Sarathy, who also helps manage stuff for you if you can’t visit there regularly. More villas hopefully will come up there!
