I was searching to purchase a cycle since long time. Went to few shops in and around Panjim city but not finding a decent one that fits into my budget. Today thought of going to Jose Cabral Cycles and delighted to find few nice cycles those are real value for money. Both the sales persons at the store were quite professional and keenly ready to assist in choosing one. After few test rides made up my mind to go with the Suncross crossfire 27.5T and the cycle was assembled within half an hour. Finally came back home happily after riding my new buddy for 7kms. Now expecting good after sales service from the store.

Jose Cabral is a one-stop shop for cycles of all types. The store stocks bicycles ranging from kid's bikes right up roadbikes for serious cyclists. The store is spacious and centrally located in Panjim. Hyder (technician) is an expert and is well qualified to repiar and service all bikes.

Met Aurora at the store and come away impressed. Unlike most sales professionals, she knew her stuff, asked the right questions, wasn't pushy yet pitched for a sale when she saw an opportunity. Seems reasonably priced, conveniently located, their service guy was at the store when we visited, range seemed somewhat limited though I guess it's due to the covid-related delays in supply chain. Fell in love with a bicycle but for now will focus on picking up one for my little girl.

I was looking out for a cycle to gift one of my staff's daughter on her birthday, I tried many places but couldn't find a satisfying one. And my problem was the vehicle to get it. I called Jose Cabral Panjim showroom to find out about the availability of the cycles as per my budget. Mr. Avito communicated so well, shared photos and helped me make the choice. After a day's gap, I had someone in Margao who could help me get the cycle, so with no time, I called the Panjim showroom and yes Avito managed to get it ready for me at the Margao shop, within half an hour's time, I managed to finalise one and did the online payment, and there I managed to buy the cycle by staying at home. I bought a bicycle worth 15k from this place in June 2021. It's been just 3 months but that bicycle has a lot of defects. Plus whenever I took it to this place for servicing, the people there keep saying that all these defects don't come under their warranty and we are supposed to pay extra to get the bicycle repaired. Though the bicycle is within the warrenty period, the people there keep charging for no reason. Plus they have the audacity to say that the parts of the new bicycle are cheap quality and they are not responsible for any of that (all this was said after we bought the bicycle).

Good store if you are looking for basic entry level bikes. We picked up a Trix Mtb for my wife a few weeks ago. The owner was very helpful in providing the right recommendations.The margins set on the bikes are a bit steep though and the store offers limited brands.

A friend suggested to me that if I wanted to buy a quality cycle at a reasonable price, I should check out Jose Cabral's at Panjim. He was right! The staff at the store are very helpful and knowledgeable about the products at the store. There is also ample space outside to take a test ride. One of the staffers, Frazer, patiently explained to us how to use and maintain the cycle optimally. For those carrying their bikes home in the boot of their cars, he will also teach you how to remove and fix the front tyre in case the entire cycle doesn't fit in the car. If I could make a suggestion: it would be good if the store could give customers the choice of old-style cycle bells besides the new bells. For those of us who are used to the loud sound of the old bells, the sound of the new bells is softer to hear. To sum up: It was a good experience at the store and we've bought a lovely Schnell cycle, which we're happy with. Going by the experience, hoping that the after sales service will be good too.
