The store has a good variety and good customers service. Also pretty nice offers are also going on here all the time. They have full range of clothes available here from suits to socks, they have it all. Parking here is also very easy.

Pantaloons is a very huge showroom for almost all of the things. Large variety of clothes are available. Also it avails cosmetics and apparels.

AC was off in peak summer 12noon 🥵🥵 That was crazy! Customer service is good. Staff is helpful. I have always liked their collection hence prefer it. All in all, had a good experience here. There was no queue for billing. Billing was hassle free.

Collection is good, but the staff will make false committment of discount/offers for increasing their sales / commission but during billing you will not get it. I have seen such thing with 03 customers during my 10 minutes stay at billing counter specifically on 01/11/2022 at about 08:15pm ( pantaloons can see video recording for their reference at ground floor billing counter). All customers were arguing about discount/ coupons/offers which sales person has committed during selection. Even senior officers have witnessed it but it looks that they have made it a strategy. BE CAREFUL IN PURCHASE AND ASK FOR THE NET PRICE WHEN SELECTING ANY ITEM, AND IF DIFFERS AT THE TIME OF BILLING DON'T BUY IT.
