Great customer Service, got my new front bumper and they fitted me in really quickly. Comfortable reception with WiFi, tea and coffee so you can work easily if you have to wait.

Since 2016, after purchase of Ford Ecosport, I am continuing my car servicing here. All old and new employees are very polite and responsive. Very well-established Ford service station anybody may come here to get their utmost satisfaction. Provides tea coffee and snacks to visitors. Facilitate with two air conditioned waiting lounge one for driver and another for others.

I visited the workshop after the news of ford's exit. There were decent numbers of car lined up for servicing. Employees are overall helpful except one or two. This workshop also takes care of serious accidental damage. Service advisors will try to solve your issue. They told me that an agreement has been signed with Ford which will guarantee services for the next 5 years. One point I observed was that without booking they don't examine your car even for minor mechanical issues. You need to book your slot one day advance for hassle free service.

Worse experience ever I had in any car workshop.very casual behaviour by management and staff. After Ford left from India Services of work Shop became worse and worse. Their response towards coustomer is very discouraging. Body shop services not done properly and getting so many noises even after completely replacing new right passenger door. Very Casual

My 17 year Ikon and 10 years old FordFiesta b299 sedan in excellent condition.

Liked the good service they are still offering even after Ford's exit. Highly recommended ford service centre.

The only complaint is that they picked my car at 9:15 am & I reached to collect my car at 5:30 pm. However they advised to keep the car overnight to diagnose the issue. Don't know what they did in 7 hrs and car was also not washed. But after driving the car for 270 kms with doubt in mind, I think they had resolved the issue. But it's too quick to be contended. Let me drive it for few days. Great thing is that they charged me very nominal amount and no complain about it.

Worst service and staffs.. they lost my car key and replace it with an old key. The centre lock is not working after that. Very unprofessional management.

This is probably the sole Ford authorised service centre in Guwahati. Nexa Bimal service centre is adjacent to it and when I went for the first service of my Nexa Suzuki Baleno 2022, I noticed that it was too crowded with Ford cars compared to the Nexa service. Before buying the Baleno, I was very much interested in the Ecosport diesel and I made multiple visits in Ford showrooms in Guwahati in mid 2021. As TBHP member I had information that Ford might leave India and when I asked Ford dealerships about this they simply rejected the information and insisted for booking. Came 9th September 2021 and my apprehension became true as Ford declared their exit from India and I had to go for the Baleno. I understand that Ford will offer servicing for 5 years, but after that what will happen to these sturdy, dynamically sound cars is anybody's guess. Hope Ford does the needful as their cars seem to last forever!
