I visited the store to find fishing rods and hook but came to know that they didn't have. So, if they could also include those would be really great. They had huge and varieties of collections of sports items which looks trusted and reliable and in reasonable prices. When we buy these items from outside we don't know normally whether it's original or not. We are also charged some extra price when buying sports, trekking from outside but here everything seems trustworthy. Only one thing noticed that they don't have place for trying items like cycling, throwing dart etc as compared to Guwahati Decathlon Store or in other places where they have a space for trying different sports items.

Good... everything is orgnaized and all the products are good but the security guard's behaviour at the gym accessories corner was very rude... We were trying some items and he behaved rudely to us, my friend had to say no to purchase the product after watching his rude behaviour...however when other customers did the same he said nothing to them.... This is very unfortunate....

Decathlon is now open in Siliguri! Location: City Center Mall. A block. Above KFC, 3rd floor. Notice the lift they recently made right in front of KFC? That Lift opens directly inside Decathlon. You can also enter the store from the other side right next to beer republic from third floor. Important: The location is easily accessible through a wheel chair. First Impression: A couple of months back I heard decathlon was coming to Siliguri. I thought it would be a small shop. I assumed the store would be a couple of thousand square feet in size. But boy oh boy was I surprised. This a full on mall in mall sized (probably bigger than that )big store! Basically they took the entire third floor in A block. That's huge! Like spencer huge! (Check the photos). There is a open to all playground attached to the store. But as of writing this the playground is still closed. But I was told it will open soon. The employees are well behaved and they know their stuff. They will help you find things you are looking for. The store is very clean. I really hope they maintain this cleanliness because it goes well with the brand. The store is also strictly following covid 19 protocols. Lastly, the trial rooms are rather small. I felt like I was entering inside a small wardrobe. Offcourse this is no Shoppers Stop so you can't expect much. But if you're claustrophobic you might feel uncomfortable. You have been warned. Availability: They have pretty much everything available in store which is on the website (decathlon dot in). But now with the store here you don't have to wait for a week or so to get what you want. You can just come in and buy it instantly. The store has something for everyone. Be it fitness freaks, campers, joggers, footballers, badmintonist, cricketers, cyclists; the list goes on. Final thoughts: If you are into fitness then you will feel like you are in home. If you are not into fitness and you are visiting this place for the first time, you might be inspired to start jogging or maybe go to a gym. You will feel inspired. To the moderator of the this google business page: The website attached to this Google business page is a bit ly link. bit ly links are temporary links. This won't help you with leads. When I clicked your bit ly link, it was asking me for the pin code. It didn't automatically forward me to my pincode. Unless decathlon agrees to make a sub website dedicated to Siliguri, it's better to use the official brand website. In my experience Google doesn't appreciate shortened links. When you provide a website link on Google business, Google will index that website thereby increasing the chances of more relevant search results. I understand your intention behind doing this but Google won't look at it this way. Hope it helps.

Decathlon Siliguri is a much needed store especially for those of us who love sports. High quality sports equipment is now at hand, especially for those of us who live in Siliguri, North Bengal. It used to be very time consuming, we had to go to Calcutta to buy Trekking and Hiking accessories but now it is within reach.

No one has anything to complain about the products everyone knows about it but I would especially pike to thank the lady staff name Melisha she is an amazing sales girl she came from a different zone just to help me out make payments on the app and i must say staffs like them actually make the organisation grow. Decent outdoor clothing and gear at reasonable prices. However I give it 3 stars just for the pathetic check out counters. For such a big store, they have too few cashier counters and all the times I've been there 1 or the other always seems to have technical issue hence the long lines. 7 elevens have more efficient cashier counters than this place.

Home delivery of MTB ST 30 bicycle was requested and was done on time with manny hassles of driver not knowing the area and the standard of vehicle being used for delivery needs to improve, we were quite shocked to see the way the bi cycle was delivered...High time you should check your standard of delivery especially the vehicle being used.

Customers should check the clothes properly before buying it..i found two torn trousers while trying bt didnt notice the tshirt coz i thought the problem might just be the trousers..bt i eventually i did end up buying a torn tshirt which obviously i didnt check before buying.really dissatisfied sorry bt a big brand like this should not resort to mismanagement like this.

The special attraction of this Decathlon Store - is a huge collection of stores/ kits related to Mountain Sports/ hiking/ Tracking and camping; and Wildlife& Discovery. Except for these, the store has separated sections of Big ball Sports- Basketball & Football; Racket sports- Tennis, Badminton & TT; Golf, swimming, surfing, Fitness in respect of Women, Men & Kids, Running- women & men. The store also has a section for Bike Sports/ Sport Bikes having a huge range of Bicycles for cycling for elders and kids. There is a Workshop also within the store for assembly/disassembly, customization, and repair. There is a section for Roller sports also consisting of different types of roller skates, roller boards, and scooters with all accessories. The store has a section of Gymnasium items/ stores including various types of weights and bars, a treadmill, and a variety of accessories like stretching rubber bands, push-up grips, etc.

We bought so many things from here and, i personally loved Decathlon's clothes. It's on the top floor of the Mall and their staff is also very helpful and genuine.

It's an excellent show room. I purchased fuw items from the show room. Mr. Himanshu Malik Attended me nicely. Everybody in show room was cooperative. Bill counter is also prompt. Everyone has good communications skill. Display was eye catching. Had a wonderful experience.

Kinda strange...they have so many sales and store staff but there is only one operational cash counter.. customers were getting frustrated and leaving but the apathy of the staff was strange.. But the interesting part was the cashier was giving himself ' very satisfied' customer service rating... :) I asked him why...he tells me that there was a queue so he was rating himself :) Decathlon experienced ur service overseas...this outlet needs a lot of training ....

It's a nice for shopping sports goods almost everything is present in this store, but one thing i don't like the payment system, there are 3 counter present but only 1 active counter for transaction 🙁 don't worry if you have UPI system then just download DCATHLON app & register yourself and scan your products & doing your payment easily. Great for experience this type of store🙂🙂

Awesome decathlon showroom in siliguri. Located inside city centre mall on the 3rd floor. You can get very good collection of sports wear, sports item, gym item, staffs are very nice and supportive.
