    It has been a wonderful experience for me. 🥰💖I really want to thank for the efforts and assistance of both mantors throughout the training sessions ....they both are well experienced and have deep knowledge about yoga. I have learnt a lot about some yoga poses & alignment. Although I am a beginner level student of yoga. I have also received guidance and inspiration from both masters how I can work towards my body flexibility. I would definitely recommend their sessions to all yogis if you wanted to take your yoga journey to the next level.👍😊and wanna request t keep the charges same as some people wanna continue for long terms.🫣😉🤗

    Holistic health yoga is the one and only best yoga centre in our dist.Environment friendly, Various time slots and advance asanas experience with the yogies is brilliant. Also i got extra practice of advance asanas like head stand and hand stand from mam which makes me perfect in these asanas within a month. My overall experience with holistic health yoga is 10/10😊

    I am a beginner to Yoga and it has been a wonderful decision to join the yoga studio. Banish and Kalpana make sure to keep teaching new and different forms and Asanas everyday.     I started my yoga journey with Kalpana and Banish in Jan 2022 and I haven’t looked back since. They offered me suggestions to improve my diet, which drastically brought down my cholesterol levels and increased my energy levels. Kalpana's customized and targeted workouts enabled me to overcome my physical limitations as well as improve my flexibility and core strength. Both Kalpana and Banish know how to motivate an individual to do better. Their unique and holistic approach ensures that I have an enriching experience every day. These are two well-informed, motivated and genuine individuals, and I cannot recommend them enough to anyone looking to bring about positive changes to your life. Join “Holistic Health Yoga” and do yourself a favor. I know I did :-)

    I really enjoyed all Yoga session with Kalpana mam . She communicates so well and makes you feel very comfortable and an active part of it. If you have the opportunity do not hesitate to join a class with ther. 100% recommendable yoga teacher!!❤️

    My association with this community is above more than one year now....I appreciate the disciplined, happy and friendly environment of the class room. Kalpana ma'am n Banish sir not only motivate us but inspire us also with their regularity and deep knowledge of their subject. The trainers teach yogasans with perfect techniques so that even a beginner can do it with ease ....I wish both of my yog gurus Good luck and looking forward to many many more years of my association with them .

    Since the day I started doing yoga, it's now became a part of my life. The aura of this place is very positive and cheerful. The instructors are also very well in nature. Whenever I feel any difficulty during yoga, they guide me and eventually I get them right.

    It’s been two months since I have been training with Kalpana and Banish, and I already feel stronger, healthier and confident about myself. They have taken me to the next level!     I came across Holistic Health Yoga classes during COVID lockdown! Kalpana is an awesome teacher ,The on line classes weee much better than in-person lessons as well due to her teaching skills & dedication. Then I attended 1:1 pre-natal yoga lessons as well ! Kalpana is so dedicated , considerate , knowledge & an experienced Yoga instructor! My pre-natal virtual yoga classes helped me a lot throughout my pregnancy! I highly recommend Holistic Yoga 🧘‍♂️ .

    It has only been 8 weeks but I can see and feel a difference. Thank you so much Kalpana madam not only I am amazed with the fast results, but also with your super fast response. By the way, I can see results in just a few days (not drastic results but enough for me to tell the difference). I really want to thank the efforts and assistance of all masters throughout the classes, you are very professional, well experienced and have deep knowledge about yoga. I have learnt a lot about advanced yoga poses, alignment, and how to enter into a pose using various techniques. Thanks so much 🙏

    I joined prenatal yoga class in my 6th month, it was very helpful in keeping my activity up during these crucial months, Kalpana responded well to specific requests like streches for back pain etc. I particularly liked the breathing excersices and meditation part of it. She was flexible with timings and great to work with.

    We recently started doing online yoga with bhardwaj sir . The yoga sessions are very energetic and high intensity classes and focus on core and strength trainings and overall wellbeings. We are highly satisfied with his classes . Thanks to holistic health yoga team.🙏

    I've been practicing yoga with Banish Sir and Kalpana Mam for more than 6 months now. The kind of indepth knowledge which they have is admirable. I've experienced increased level of energy and positivity throughout the day. The pranayam's we practice helps relieve stress and relaxes our mind and body. It doesn't relly matter what your age is, doesn't matter what your body composition or posture is, they have yoga poses for all. Banish sir has been a great motivator for me. I really like the way he takes his sessions. I've had an opportunity to experience Kalpana Man's session as well. She's a perfectionist. All her poses are so accurate and she keeps inspiring you for awesome body goals. Both Banish Sir and Kalpana Mam keep revising the yoga postures to ensure that you keep challanging yourself. I've been having an awesome time with them and honestly recommend you too to join us on this wonderful journey for healthier life. Cheers to team Holistic Health Yoga.... Keep Rocking..... ❤️❤️❤️

    Kalpana is a fantastic teacher, and also a genuinely lovely person (which I feel is important when you’re listening to someone talk at you for an hour or more). Her directions are clear and precise so you’re not looking up to check you’re doing the right thing, and she’s very observant, constantly checking you’re positioning. Her classes are truly for all levels, and although you’ve worked hard you’ll somehow come out relaxed once the class is over..

    Hi there, I am a fitness enthusiast n was a gym girl off n on for the last 16-17 years.. lately I had to stay abroad for six months n I started missing the exercises gym n all.. Then a friend of mine suggested me online classes by Holistic Health.. I was quite sceptical as I never did anything from home.. but what better could I have asked for.. the yoga couple Banish n Kalpana are so distinguished, knowledgeable, easily approachable n always ready to help.. I have decided to continue yoga (with them only) n no more gym now.. They are a full complete package in themselves 😊😍 Best part: Do all of it at the comfort of your home

    I am doing yoga under guidance of Mr Banish and Ms Kalpana since last 6 months... Both of them being the best mentor ever...so passionate, motivating and having a sincere professional approach. They closely monitor each and every member while practicing Yoga so that we can do better each day.. Thankyou for the efforts and guidance.

    The best online yoga class I have attended till now. My cousin introduced me to this. Though I was skeptical about joining the yoga class Online because of not so great earlier experience, did it on my cousin's suggestion . I am glad I did it as a new year resolution and there is no looking back. Still continuing and will continue. Though I had few breaks in between, i still feel the changes in my strength and flexibility. Highlights : - Both Sir and Mam are great teachers and keep up the momentum of the class. Never a dull moment and keep the online students also engaged . They make sure at whatever level you are , you will feel comfortable - Attention to all online students individually. This is very rare and needed . I have never seen any other teachers focusing on online students individually in my previous experience and hence I was hesitant to join. But glad I did as all get individual focus . Sir and mam will tell you what you are doing wrong and how you can improve your posture and right techniques. - It's not just the normal yoga class. It includes all aspects : flexibility, core,meditation , strength (my strength has improved definitely now compared from where I started) - Being a working professional, flexibility of time is of utmost importance to me and holistic health yoga provides that. They prefer us joining any of the batch instead of leaving the class in case I miss my batch due to varied work timings very frequently - They will tell you the alternatives if you are not able to perform certain poses due to any physical problem (injury or anything else). I still can't jump due to my ankle injury but have other ways to perform the asanas.

    Kalpana is a great yoga instructor. She is very punctual when it comes to starting a class on time.She helped me to stay flexible throughout my pregnancy journey. She also considers requests and suggests exercises based on individual requests. Will recommend her 100%

    Good evening everyone I have been connected with holistic yoga since last 2 years and it has been an incredible journey as I started to see results but specifically face yoga has improved the quality of my life as it has helped me to achieve positive results related to my thyroid issues which is functioning properly now. Not only this ,it has helped me achieve beautiful and glowing skin .     Really positive experience. There are a good variety of yoga class times, and types. Instructors that are experienced and capable of leading classes that honor all levels of their student’s abilities. They are phenomenal and brings a unique energy into class.

    Best online yoga class I have came across. Highly recommended. 🔹 Highly experienced yoga instructors like Miss Kalpana and Sir Banish. Organized, responsive, patient and able to clearly explain all the asanas and various stretches. 🔹Occasionally we get trained by Miss Pratibha.. she is also fantastic. 🔹Everyone gets personal attention. 🔹 Extremely flexible to join any one class during the course of 6 sessions in a day. 🔹The real transformation for me is that I am finally disciplined, with a peaceful body, mind and spirit...     The yoga classes at Holistic Health Yoga are both relaxing and challenging. It is for all fitness levels and you can go at your own pace and still get a great work out. Banish Sir and Kalpna Mam are great instructors, giving good guidance, encouragement and challenging you to do your best.     My prenatal yoga classes with Holistic Health Yoga were great. I joined classes in 3rd trimester with Kalpana, she's a very good trainer. My body was stiff but I got easy variations and modifications from her which made my practice comfortable, I would highly recommend the virtual prenatal classes with them.

    I have had great experience learning yoga🧘‍♀️from Yoga Couple Studio. It has been 4 months since I joined it and there have been decent improvements in my body. Glad to be a part of this Institute😊 And would highly recommend other people to join it and experience the changes themselves👍🏻🙏🏻
