The
best
online
yoga
class
I
have
attended
till
now.
My
cousin
introduced
me
to
this.
Though
I
was
skeptical
about
joining
the
yoga
class
Online
because
of
not
so
great
earlier
experience,
did
it
on
my
cousin's
suggestion
.
I
am
glad
I
did
it
as
a
new
year
resolution
and
there
is
no
looking
back.
Still
continuing
and
will
continue.
Though
I
had
few
breaks
in
between,
i
still
feel
the
changes
in
my
strength
and
flexibility.
Highlights
:
-
Both
Sir
and
Mam
are
great
teachers
and
keep
up
the
momentum
of
the
class.
Never
a
dull
moment
and
keep
the
online
students
also
engaged
.
They
make
sure
at
whatever
level
you
are
,
you
will
feel
comfortable
-
Attention
to
all
online
students
individually.
This
is
very
rare
and
needed
.
I
have
never
seen
any
other
teachers
focusing
on
online
students
individually
in
my
previous
experience
and
hence
I
was
hesitant
to
join.
But
glad
I
did
as
all
get
individual
focus
.
Sir
and
mam
will
tell
you
what
you
are
doing
wrong
and
how
you
can
improve
your
posture
and
right
techniques.
-
It's
not
just
the
normal
yoga
class.
It
includes
all
aspects
:
flexibility,
core,meditation
,
strength
(my
strength
has
improved
definitely
now
compared
from
where
I
started)
-
Being
a
working
professional,
flexibility
of
time
is
of
utmost
importance
to
me
and
holistic
health
yoga
provides
that.
They
prefer
us
joining
any
of
the
batch
instead
of
leaving
the
class
in
case
I
miss
my
batch
due
to
varied
work
timings
very
frequently
-
They
will
tell
you
the
alternatives
if
you
are
not
able
to
perform
certain
poses
due
to
any
physical
problem
(injury
or
anything
else).
I
still
can't
jump
due
to
my
ankle
injury
but
have
other
ways
to
perform
the
asanas.
