Misguided with false information. Needed Blood Plasma for my Grandmother and the hospital referred us to go to Red Cross Society. My blood group was a match so they Collected 1 unit of blood and asked me to wait for 2 hours... later they informed the hospital that they did not have the infrastructure to seperate plasma. I had to rush to other institutions for the same and had to find another donor which almost consumed my whole day. Very irresponsible of them misguiding when my Grandmother is admitted in a ICU her health is critical and is on Life Support System. Must take strict action against them.
