One of the worst company where i spoil my 1.4 precious years, Corporate office HR team is the worst department which always listen your voice but on the other hand do nothing regarding that issue or not taken any action. I'm not recommending anyone to be work here and try another companies which gave you good package and good work environment. Here i'm telling you the pros and cons of the company. cons:- 1. Less salary package for fresher as well as 3 years exp. candidates. they both treated as same level. 2. Your co-worker always blaming you for any reason and supervisor always listen to your coworker. 3. extra working hours. 4. Lots of work pressure as if compared to salary package. 5. Tea and coffee are on paid basis. There are many more cons as the list goes on and on. Pros:- 1. only the pros has this company has well branded name in the market. But woh hi baat hai ki NAAM BADE AUR KAAM CHOTE. Free ki advice/suggestion:- 1.The only advice is whether u choose any other company or if you get a job here on staff level then you forgot your personal life because they will mentally harassing you every day. 2. Not to join this company on staff level.

I am a M.Sc student and I have been there(in 2019) for collection of sample of their dye and industrial waste ( soil and ash ) for my research work. They behaved very well. It is very Hygienic Textile industry because I have visited many companies but I think this is better than others.

I visited here twice traveling 2500 kms for a business deal spending about 4 days based on their appointments. It would have been better if they are transparent to declare that we did not get the order. Simply ignoring and not picking up the calls will tarnish the image of organisation. Hope the management will instruct the purchase executives suitably.

Vardhman Corporate office, if anyone wants to work in Ludhiana then vardhman is the good option.

First they will call you regarding a job vacancy, then after so many days, when you lose the hope of their call, they will call you again to verify your details, then give you time that we shall call you again, after so many days they will suddenly call you for interview in an unexpected way, when you are not even prepared, when you go there obviously you do not perform upto the mark at interview, but they would not tell you such things, they will simply say we shall call you in 2,3 days. Their 2,3 days are equal to 1 month 9 days. After so many days they called me for interview, then ended up asking one silly question, What are your plans for marriage? They don't think that this kinda question can hurt the sentiments of a candidate. The HR personnel and The H.O.D kept stretching the topic of marriage, seems they were not interested in hiring me. As a female candidate they judged me in a very wrong way. I am very much disappointed. It's a large corporate by name only, the professionals inside are having a very low level of mentality. And then they say we believe in women empowerment. 😡😡
