Good quality waiting rooms and the type of food available. Clean washroom available. Multiple sky bridge to walk out to other platforms. WiFi is available. This station is usually crowded throughout the year. Now they've installed an escalator at the far end to reach the other platforms. Not everyone is comfortable using it.

Platforms are not spacious. Needs more maintenance. Chaos everywhere. Sitting arrangements are not proper. Speakers are not working properly. Needs more cleaning. Skywalks are very narrow. Sitting arrangements should be improved. More than half of the total pasangers were standing on platform which makes it very difficult to walk on railway platform. Platform vehicle service is good for senior citizen.

One of the oldest, busiest and largest stations in Maharashtra. Very neat and clean station. Food is a little bit costlier. All the trains stop here for more than five minutes. Parking facility available. It's an industrial area. It's connected with Mumbai by Rail, Road and Air.

Pune Junction is one of the biggest, crowded, busiest, and clean railway station in India. The station is very accessible. You can get there from any corner of city by PMT bus or cabs or auto- rickshaw. It is having 5 platforms which are quite big, long and clean. All kinds of trains do depart or arrive there, such as Rajdhani, garib rath, Duronto, Shatabdi, Humsafar, all express, passengers, locals to and from various cities in India (24*7). Pune to lonavala local is daily available. Food stalls such as raildhaba, food track etc are available on all platforms. Waiting rooms are clean, tidy and spacious. Charging ports are available at every few steps and in waiting room too. There are continuous announcements of the trains which are arriving or departing from the station. You are frequently notified means if you are new to the place, you don't need to worry. There are LEDs too which also show the upcoming trains and there platform and time too. The station provides high speed WiFi for free. You can entertain yourself while waiting. Ticket counter is also easily accessible.

Very attractive and well maintained railway station. One of the best in India. Crowded some times though. The parking, pick-up and drop location system is nice.

The condition of Pune station is very bad at present. There are breaks at many places and they need to be repaired and cleanliness should be taken care of as soon as possible. It would be good if it is updated in a new way. would be better.

Beside a Junction, There are bunch of improvements much needed. Outside station space is very congested specially the west side. Though it is a Junction but you can hardly see features of an ideal junction. Space is the main issue. But thanks to the Indian Railways and Pune officials for keeping the Station building structure GRAND and beautiful.

The impressive architecture, undergoing renovations at the time of our visit, showcased remarkable historical significance. Noteworthy was the utilization of bamboo scaffolding, though its appearance conveyed a sense of insecurity. It was observed that the workers, operating without any discernible restraints, contributed to the ongoing restoration efforts. The building's inherent beauty and historical value were elucidated by our knowledgeable tour guide, who provided insightful details about its rich history. In proximity to the station, a bustling scene unfolded with an amalgamation of passengers, tourists, and substantial vehicular traffic, adding to the vibrant atmosphere of the area.

Today I had been to the platform numbers 2 & 3, of Pune Junction, to meet my relatives traveling by Udyan express to Mumbai. Here in platform numbers 3, in a food stall named Khansahab,, I found none of the items displayed in the menu were available. They were selling Omlet Pav, Samosa, tea, etc., which were not described in the Menu. What is the role of the railway authorities. A month back I had complained about a water booth in platform numbers 1, selling the water bottle at Rs.10 against the commited Rs 8. Still I have not received any response. This makes me suspect the the railway authorities. I don't know whether they will respond to this complaint

Such a big city but Railway Station too old having only 6 platforms due to which it's quite crowded. For getting platform ticket there is no separate arrangements, one has to stand in a common que. Need lot of improvement

Once a very good Railway Station has become worse over a period of time. PLATFORM TICKET COUNTER: is either shifted or has a long queue. One has to come hours before the arrival/departure of trains to buy one. REQUIRED INFORMATION NOT AVAILABLE: One doesn't know how to reach Platform 2 and beyond. No proper sign-board is placed at Platform No.1 to indicate where bridge is located to proceed to platforms 2,3,4,5 and beyond. Even location of elevator is not displayed at the correct place to guide passengers required to board train from platforms other than No.1 INQUIRY OFFICE is shifted to one corner of Platform No. 1. PARKING: is heavily crowded with no assistance provided to park your vehicle. The Staff there is only interested in Parking Fee which is sometimes ₹40 and sometimes ₹50. OVERCROWDED STATION: Nothing has been done to ease overcrowding. A worsening situation indeed.

One of the worst stations in India on all parameters - Cleanliness, Space, Management, administration, Infrastructure, accesibility & many others. Platform gets changed on last minute & people have no clue about it. Announcement cant be heard clearly. Display of platform with ETA n ETD is not updated. Lot of delays in arrival as there are only 6 plqlatforms available. Parking is very less considering the overall footfall. One good thing is that now with metro its easier to access any platform. But lot more is needed. Its seems like its the most negleted railway station in India even after receiving worst rating.
