They will send your parcel by private courier service. Payment can be done by Paytm or bank transfer.

Authentic shop for dry fruit purchase in famous Raghunath Bazar situated in OLD JAMMU. IT is near residency road. This market has numerous shops of dry fruits and other kashmiri items. One has to be very cautious in this market of the fraud. But i found this shop authentic after a good research. Owner was very polite and knowledgeable person.

I had order various dry fruits from Dewan Dry fruits. For so many years I was ordering dry fruits online. However the taste of dry fruits & eats smell was not there. Since I had worked in Banihal, J&K i use to purchase dry fruits from Jammu. Now the dry fruits of Dewan is so tasty, even my wife said this dryfruits are tasty. They had sent my parcel of 6kg by courier. Packing system was Excellent & hence no damage. I request everyone to purchase dry fruits from Dewan instead of online. I got to know Dewan Dry fruits when I was travelling back from Jammu. I saw their packets with fellow passengers. After returning back, I searched in the web and got the contact details of Mr. Sarthak Gupta. He is really very nice person, always prompt in reply. The ordering process was hasslefree. He sent the shipment very nicely and I appreciate it. I ordered walnut kernels. Walnuts are fresh, taste is good. I also ordered Rajma and it was very good. I will order from Dewan Dry fruit in future also.

Ordered Almonds, Walnuts and a few more items from here. Paid for white ones, however they were not white. I got the old stock of Walnuts and most of them were broken. No idea it was broken in transit, because of poor packing. But the experience was very bad. Even in a few days Walnuts started getting spoiled. Only good thing is they picked up the call and ready to discuss the issue. Even agreed on the issue and said they will refund a nominal amount. However later said there was not issue and will not refund. Later realised it is better to buy from the local market, we can easily get a better quality in less amount. We can buy with shell, we will be assured the oil is not extracted from it. You can check and even return in case of not satisfied.

Saarthak Deewan seems to be very Busy. My order has not been delivered yet. Nor does he responds call. I had purchased dry fruits once but Quality issue was there. Since he had apologised, I tried him another chance. Appears He and the entire team is casual on Online business and focus more on counter sales.
