Despite of the awareness campaigns for HIV we are still ignorant on the risks involved. A casual suggestion by a doc for a general check up drove me into extreme anxiety that I feared testing and was in a miserable condition. I must say everyone at Dr safehands undestood how to handle such situations and constantly were there to reassure ...Shubham , Ravi were very understanding, educative, helpful and prompt in thier advice. Most of all it was dr. Noreein who did a great job in making me go ahead with the tests and finally relieving my anxiety. A follow-up sesion with her also helped me identify my negative thinking pattern. Despite being a commercial organisation I wish Dr. Safehands continues this amazing social helpline / chat to help people who are going with this difficult and stressful time of thier lives. Just to let you know. They charge 1000 for face to face consultations for Dr with low experience. They portray themselves as if they are doing a noble cause to the society but trust me this is like no other Dr who wants to mint money based on how panicked you are!! To those of you who are afraid to go to any Dr, don’t think twice as no Dr judges you. A very clever business model just to take advantage of people’s panicked state. I got tested at Drsafehands in Noida 62 lab and in Malviya Nagar lab, I got my results within three days and doctors called me personally to give the results and clarify my doubts and everything was normal....though I would like to know if my samples were not tampered with and the testing was done properly ? Also at the Noida lab I saw the technician take needles by a box of needles...can I be assured that those are not reused.

Initially I was a bit cynical to book a session virtually via an online portal but within the first few moments , the compassion, empathy and genuine guidance which Dr Nivedhita offered, really helped me. I have tested in the dr safe hands. When I am giving my sample in sample collection tube I found that there are white small bubbles present inside the sample collection tube. May I know why it has white bubbles in the sample collection tube? Also I got to know from the lab technician in dr safe hands that reports will generate only in specific days like Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Is this correct?

Very nice experience, counseling with psychologist is for Rs. 400 which is an affordable price as compared to other offline/online platform.
