Hello, I have purchased Reach AB-110 Air bike on 30.01.2021 and delivered on 04.02.2021. The product built quality is very good. Every part is perfectly engineered to solve my purpose of cycling exercise with safety and comfort. I use this product daily since almost one week and my experience is 5 out of 5 rating. Main seat's and back seat's cushion both are very comfortable. Pedal, Handles, twister etc all are durable and of good quality.

Service was very very bad .coz they are not answering our call.when we call on the customer service they also didn't reply properly. Don't buy his products.Its very bad. Delivery was very late and what we expect and what we received it's totally different..the product was not match when we buy it's exercise cycle and it's very costly but we received gym products and it's very cheap.we are in too much loose. In customer care service it's just name no one can receive the call .😡 Tooo much disappointed by this company .. Don't buy his products.

I purchased Reach cruiser exercise cycle from the Reach2fitness website. The delivery was after 6 days. There was no problem with the delivery. The installation was also good. I was given free installation service within 2 days. The bike rides smoothly. No noise at all. Very sturdy. The monitor was a bit disappointing for the price they charged. Otherwise no complains so far.. Looking forward to my exercise days ahead. Thank you Reach.

I have purchased exercise cycle AB110. Equipment is quite good. Post purchasing and delivery in 6 days ; got technical support for assembling the cycle on the same day. Service and support is quite organised.

Wish I could rate in minus. Will take on Twitter & amazon after this testimony. Pathetic after sales service. No response whatsoever. Ordered a safety key for my treadmill T 501 almost a week ago, paid in advance and was promised that i will receive the key within 24-48 hours before making the payment. Almost a week and no docket number has been provided till date with same old responses to wait till the end of the day. Coming here on google i saw that this company is flooded with negative reviews, wish i would have read them earlier! The product and services are not recommended at all please save your self some time guys and avoid them at all costs. Universal safety key is available at amazon in less than half the price , go for it

I have purchased Reach Air Bike AB 110 with back support, twister and side handle. Product is good in quality. We received delivery within promised timing and assembling was done by technician on time. Support from sales team, customer care executives and technician was very helpful. We also got 10% discount on MRP. We are happy with the product and services. Thanks to reach2fitness for this amazing and unique product.

Its an effective exercise bike serving the purpose I ordered it for. Really takes quite an effort to move it. It burns calories much more and better than other bikes. Must recommend

Just 2 days review but the quality & built of the bike is too good, the 18Kgs flywheel is amazing & gives feeling that we are riding a real bike... the chain drive system adds to it. Hoping to have a good time with this spinning bike... I will write a detailed review after at least of a months usage. The service so far is quite satisfactory, the delivery was super fast & so was the installation. Good job guys, keep it that way.

Bike AB_100 was delivered within 48 hrs after order and installed within 24 hrs after delivery. Highly satisfied with the Speed at which highly the order was executed. Excellent coordination between various departments, right from receipt of order to product delivery and installation thereon. Full marks to your professionalism.

The cycle ..maxcare was delivered and installed within 24 hours. Very courtious service team and staff. The bike looks sturdy and appealing. I am sure it would be great to use it.

Company used 3 rd class iron not a good product Handle band after 3days

Seems not interested to sell.....busy on phone ....whats the purpose opening a place if you cant talk to your chstomers

Just don’t buy anything from them . Worst customer services. They treat the customer as if they give free stuff. No value of someone’s time

Their customer service is very poor, started having issues with their fitness bike within 2 days of purchase and then they took 2 more weeks to replace after which the seat came off withon 3 months post which I raised a complaint in May 2023 and the issue is still open.. regretting the purchase. Just noticed they only reply to the people who gave them 5 star reviews and ignore the rest...check yourself.

There is no one to hear your complaint, I have been having issue with excercise cycle and that broke down in 6 month only
