I
have
joined
the
gym
in
March
for
weight
loss.
The
trainers
are
all
very
friendly
and
supportive
and
encouraged
in
this
whole
weight
loss
journey.
Initially
I
did
not
opt
for
Personal
trainer.
Later
on
Satish
he
helped
me
a
lot
and
became
my
trainer.
Honestly
speaking
from
March
to
May
literally
3
months
there
is
no
change
in
my
weight
loss....
I
was
doing
workouts
and
diet
but
it
did
not
work.
Then
Sathish
changed
my
complete
diet
plan
and
workouts
where
I
could
see
changes
in
2
weeks
from
then
slowly
i
reduced
7
Kgs
in
just
3
months
(June
-Aug).
After
learning
many
things
from
Satish.
I
started
doing
workouts
without
any
PA
that's
because
Satish
gave
me
the
confidence
and
He
is
fully
supportive.
He
keeps
on
changing
my
diet
plans
depending
upon
my
health
condition
&
mindset
to
fasten
the
weight
loss
journey.
After
that
I
haven't
reduced
my
weight
from
the
number
but
very
importantly
I
did
not
increase
as
well.
Reducing
or
increasing
the
weight
is
not
a
big
deal
but
"Maintaining
it
Matters".
