But I wonder, why the make up artist to whom we had dealt with, doesn't refer you and not recommending also, instead they do refer so many small shops. We were completely satisfied with the nivas approach and they have plenty of designs with surprising value. The best part is their accepting client situation.... actually I gave the bridal sets after few days of my function but they don’t put extra charge. 👍🏼

This shop has many designs for bridal occasion either it’s wedding or other functions ...all types lik chokers , stone set, temple jewel available ...moreover staffs were very friendly and suggest designs for us ...rate was reasonable ... overall nice shop ...wil purchase again 👍🏻

Cheating ! Worst experience. There is no price tag for anything. Even gold and diamonds has these days why cant you keep a prise tag ??? Would even travel far to get jewels than to step into this place again.

They begging to put five star reviews When I go with my fiancee. The staffs are very very very very worst behaviour And attitude . They not ready to show the jewellery then y staffs are there inside

I wish I could give a "0" rating. Such a scam. Even before deliverying the product they asked me to write a review and I did so since they acted very polite and kind. After that was done, it was done and dusted. They made me wait for more than two weeks and dint get back we had to visit the store many time and dint get any update. After weeks when we went to check if they had got want we ordered, they said it was not ordered and the person who was helping was not at the store and no one followed up with us. We then ordered again. The jewelry we asked was Rs. 8290, there is a discount sale which is going at the moment and said we would be getting it for Rs.4200 and another RS. 6900 for Rs.3450. Atlast when we went to get it they said it was Rs.18000 and after discount we would get it for Rs.9000 ! What a joke 🤣 Do they think customers are fools ??? I felt really outrageous. Just because we were patient doesn't mean we were desperate enough to get scammed. If you don't want to get scammed please go to another store. I highly recommend " NOT " to go to this store.
