Got fooled and annoyed by Jeep landmark Gurgaon in Oct, for trying to sell me an older vehicle when I clearly communicate to them that I am looking for a latest month build. I travelled all the way from the end of Noida to the end of Gurgaon, just to see the chassis number and reject it. Finally at the end of Dec, found the model I needed (limited) for Nov build. After some struggle I was able to make this purchase. Within 3 days I identified this large paint issue in both my quarter panels of the car. I am not sure how the car even passed their quality check or PDI. Attaching images of a couple of other deformities not expected in a new car. A 10 grand mopar decal is peeling off on day 3, seriously ? All these 3 months. I kept reading on social media and other channels that if you buy a Jeep, its standing in the service centre most of the time. Well guess what, my nightmares now came true.Within 3 days of purchase, the car is back to service centre. Please beware of your purchase. Its a great car, but not a great dealer and great service support.

Wonderful experience in having a test drive of the Compass. A very feature loaded and safe car. The staff is also very pleasant to speak to and handled all my queries with grace.

The staff is very nice and the cars are awesome! The body has a heavy built and cars is very comfortable on the inside. Just one thing more Jeep should consider adding adas to the cars but overall the cars are very nice.

I had visited sector 26 landmark jeep showroom , The staff here was very warm and welcoming . The sales person Mr.Vishal had briefly explained details of the car which I feel no other company employ does . Over all driving experience was very good as well.

He explained everything in simple terms, answered all my questions, and was not pushy at all. He made the whole car-buying process easy and enjoyable. Horrible service. Clutch plate got burnt in 1 year. Do not recommend. Your life is precious and so is your money. Do not go to the Okhla service centre, service manager Pankaj is extremely rude. They don’t know customer service at all
