Worst store don't go there.. they say that we have an offer bt actually they are frauds.. sales girl was not able to tell wt exactly was the offer.. wt was the sale amount u r purchasing.. they were just forcing to buy more.. so that they can achieve their target.. zero customer service

Store staff, Alen is a very humble girl. She definitely follows up the requirements of customer and is good at her work.

Literally the only shop where the staff immediately understood what I was looking for! I had got frustrated visiting other shops (not Zivame), where they wouldn't know what a proper high impact sports bra is. Fortunately, the lady at this shop knew exactly what I was looking for. She asked the right questions about purpose & preferences and within not even 5 minutes she came with various options to choose from. She gave me very professional advice and checked the size, fit etc. properly. Really great service! I have been using the sports bra and t-shirt bras since 2 months now with mountain trekking and intensive yoga practice and they are even so much better than my previous ones (while I used to have Odlo sports bras before, which are supposed to be from a proper sports clothing brand.. so far I love the quality of Zivame). Now I know where to go next time when I need new undergarments..

While staff was good in helping you find the perfect fit, but they constantly persuade you to buy more by quoting lucrative offers, which is really not a good deal, as you get the same offer online too, they should let the customer decide instead of constantly nudging them to buy more for their own benefit, also the pricing is quite high offline, and if for some reason you are looking for an exchange they'll make that experience worse too...

I have visited Lajpat Nagar store last month. Staff was very helpful specially RUBINA she treat customers really well and help to select best product. Rubina’s quality is to attract customers towards product “if a customer is coming to purchase one item that person will surely buy two products” All the best girl 😊😊

It was a good experience. Bcoz in online shopping we don't get that opportunity to try and all bt offline was a great thing bcoz of that. But only thing which I don't like that in store you won't gt sale offers which you gt online. So it's a minus point if we purchase from the store.

Sales person are helpful in chosing items but recommanding only more digit bills. Much better to record their words while billing In-person saying exchange of breifs and no exchange for bras (as trial already) but when visit for exchange you get reverse words Choose your products by yourself confidently dont believe their words simply

My offline experience was very worst with this lajpat store..staff was never tell the offers what the customer is having..they hide so that buy more item..even if u deserve the same offer with some products only..i just recently victim of this activity. So don't buy anything blindly.. better u check the offer in online and then buy. But the store manager is still good..but the staff ..i don't want to reveal her name..

Zivame lajpat nagar store is doing fraud, actually I went there to purchase panties only, they offered me that with panties if you take an extra product then I'll give you discount then I thought okay, and i selected a winter jacket which is 1695 MRP, they again said if you take a pant with this you have to only pay 200rs. And also they given to me a body mist and agoma and said you have to only payment for this only 49 ,they made my bill of 2749 total and describe the amount according to them only and when I came to home and i check these products on online platform I found these products in 1580 rs. Only, "means 1169 rs. Inhone mujhse loot liye"

Extreamly disappointed As Manager of the store *denied to to present me the bill before payment. * Followed by assisting staff as well. Not even shown. i have loved products of Zivame since half of decade, but i had to left my items worth 5600/- ₹ after spending my time of almost 1 hour 30 mins. I felt lack of transparency there. In the name of sale they were hiding something to deceive me.

Staff is very friendly and cooperative but the store in itself was small so they didn't had that much of variety i was looking for. I would recommend going to a mall and opt for their bigger stores.

Went here to exchange a bra after 3 days and was told to come after another 3 days as the stock will be updated When I visited again 1. The sales girl said that they don't exchange ,as I had tried it at the store during the purchase(the customer care lady told me that we can exchange it within 15 days of purchase) 2.The staff was unnecessarily rude 3.inspite of the stock update , I couldn't find 2 pieces of my choice of lingerie All in all " I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS ZIVAME STORE AGAIN"
