    Came to this gym after 6 months of my ACL reconstruction surgery. Had difficulty in running, was scared of lifting weights and had difficulty in even doing squats and lunges. 2 months in I started doing all the workouts including box jumps. The trainer Hasmeet is a physiotherapist and on top of that she is very passionate about her work. She was patient with my progession in workouts to the point where initially I did only what I was comfortable doing. It is the only CrossFit gym I've been to, where such close attention is paid to every participant for their form and technique. Cheers. Keep doing what you do.

    A good gym isn’t determined by its size and structure but by the capability of trainers and their willingness to help make their clients reach their goals. & Hasmeet is one such trainer, with a positive approach, healthy atmosphere and crazy workout knowledge. Go Hybrid and transform yourself in ways you could only imagine. ☺️

    A really nice and safe strength and rehab center and all workouts are well planned and unique. Our trainer Dr.Hameeth Sandhu is really corporative and a really experienced trainer who understands everyones capabilities and weaknesses properly

    For all those who want to get fit and stay fit will find a home here. The workouts take you out from your normal fitness routine and put you on a athletic path. Right from mobility to strength and from endurance to shred, one will find their match here. For all of the athletes out there, please do try it out as you will learn how your sport solicits specific muscles training and how these specific workouts help you gain that competitive edge. As the theme and base is revive, recover and evolve, the trainer incorporates sports training and physiotherapy in a creative way to give maximum results.

    I had a great time working out at Hybrid! The training here was excellent in terms of commitment and passion shown by the coaches. It definitely boosted my stamina and endurance which I will continue to benefit from in my future fitness journey. It was also very motivating to work out alongside other committed members.

    A triathlete, mountaineer, and cyclist. . First Phase: I joined here in 2021, being out of shape and overweight. Firstly, Hasmeet addressed the overweight challenge and helped me lose more than 12 kgs of fat within 6 months while building strength and muscle mass. . Second Phase: High-altitude mountaineering and endurance swim - I had to prepare for a high-altitude mountaineering summit, and Hasmeet helped me with the strength training part of it, immediately followed by upper body strength required for a 7.5 km open water swim. . Third Phase: Strength training required for Ironman Sweden (140.6 miles long Triathlon). Hasmeet curated a strength training plan for the Ironman triathlon, for which I started training in Feb '23. . During the entire phase, Hasmeet also helped me recover from my sports-related injuries and rehabilitation.

    Being a triathlete for the past 7 years, I've never across a more suitable and a better gym for athletes and even non athletes. Her workout program and techniques makes sure your goals are achieved in the best possible way. And Dr. Hasmeet Sandhu herself being a renowned physiotherapist, makes sure you have an injury free workout.

    Hybrid is one the the few places where you can find out what suits your body, which weak spots to work on, which exercises will help develop a particular region. It’s not blind exercises but the science behind it. The training has helped me strengthen my back and loose weight as well. Thank you Hasmeet

    Dr.Hasmeet is an enthusiastic, professional and an influential trainer. Gives a proper attention to every individual during a training secession. Designs and schedules the exercises which overlooks every possible physical aspect, be it endurance, strength, resilience, speed, agility. Creates a friendly environment among her pupils which makes the secession an interactive and interesting. Ever since I have started training under her, I have unlocked many potentials and have learned a lot about the capabilities of my body. She is friendly, an effective communicator, a source of motivation and above all a true fitness Guru!

    Exceptional! It's evident that Hasmeet (the owner/trainer/physiotherapist) has put a lot of thought and effort into creating a top-notch fitness facility. She is knowledgeable, the equipment is high-quality, and the atmosphere is motivating. It's a must-go for anyone serious about sports conditioning.     I had an injury 4 months back while playing a match due to which I was not able to run properly and at that time one of my friend told me about Hasmeet ma’am and her hybrid center and so I visited there for a physiotherapy session which helped in decreasing the pain I had .After sometime I joined there started my rehab and strengthening it’s been more than 3 months I’ve been doing the workout she gives related to my sport which has helped me on the field .I am Grateful to have a mentor like Hasmeet ma’am who helps in improving many of us day by day and tries to push the limits .It is the best place to workout and I would recommend this place to everyone .

    My mom was suffering from severe muscle pain in her right arm. I visited Hashmeet, and she understood the issue, and she was able diagnose and work on the pain. My mom feels much better now and majority of her pain has gone away. I recommend, anyone who wants to get an expert advice and treatment done for their muscular pains etc, can visit Hybrid Strength and look for Hashmeet. She's the best 👌

    Hybrid is the place to be if one intends to be fit or rehab. I had suffered Slipped disc and Hasmeet was amazing in not just helping me in my Rehab but also ensuring it to be quick and effective Post Rehab I Joined Hybrib for overall fitness and results have been amazing Best part about the Gym – its less with equipment’s and more about natural training which helps build stamina and endurance

    Hasmeet has been instrumental to work on my goals which is mobility and movement. Working with her, my body has become let's stiff and more fluid. She provides individual attention to corrent movement patterns and alignment which is very useful. Would definitely suggest if you are looking to achieve targeted or general fitness goals

    I have been with the Gym for 3 years now. ever since i had injured my back and took rehab session from Dr. Hasmeet , she made sure that i get back to the fitness level i alays had dreamt of.. it has been an all in one experience for me till now.. looking forward to leveling up even more in future at HYBRID STRENGTH AND REHAB

    I was told about this place by a friend when i was struggling with a back injury due to an accident. Over the course of past 4 months, Hasmeet has paid full detailed attention towards my recovery requirements, rehab and now is working towards the strengthening of my back. I am really happy with the progress and am looking forward to a full recovery. Hasmeet’s detailed attention towards understanding the problem area, identifying the road map to recovery and following up on progress is truly inspiring. The other thing i love about the place is that its just absolutely perfect for your daily workouts, with the right ambience, individuals with just the right energy and focus towards self-development, all add to the full list of positives about the place. All in all, I would strongly recommend this place

    It's been almost a year since I started working out at Hybrid Strength and the environment there is very good. Especially Hashmeet madam makes us do all the workouts with motivation and full attention. At first I thought that I wouldn't be able to do it but Hashmeet madam always motivated me to do my work out. All the members in the club are cooperative.

    I was been asked by my teenage to join Hybrid . And I must say its the best place to be . For all those like me who are above 40 living a work from home life who wants to get fit or stay fit then this is the place. Just Get out of your regular workouts and be here. The right place to strengthen your muscles , for mobility , for endurance or for shredding this is the place . The best strength and rehab centre. Dr.Hasmeet who is so soft and very kind she stitches the workout very mindfully and most importantly they are not boring . she knows her job well. Been 3 months and I have remarkable improvement , since I have a work from home life I had severe lower back problem, I have strengthened my back now and I don't have aching back now , my Spondylitis which was with me since years has been cured , My knee pain has gone and we are now working on strengthening of my knees .Not only this I see a good inch loss and toning happening. I now see a ray of home that I shall not only reach my goal very soon but along with that will have more strength and power .

    I've known her since 2018, due to an injury I had due to a fall, she made sure I get back to my workout routine after 20 day rehab session. I started workout under her supervision within a month of an injury I believe she's been an amazing Physiotherapist and Coach for my entire family. Been working out with Hasmeet during my pregnancy and postpartum as well. This gym will give you great results to make your day to day lifestyle efficient, achieve our health goals and for young boys and girls who are planning on competing in any sports this is the place for you. She provides end to end results. They have cross functional, animal flow, rehab sessions and much more so I'd surely recommend people this gym.     They say that once you see results it becomes an addiction. And I'm addicted to Crossfit!! Its by far the best workout experience I've had! I enjoy coming to The Hybrid Strength & Rehab and whenever I miss a class (which is very rare) I just regret it. Hybrid has taught me how to do things never done before. The coach is so helpful and they will make sure you're doing the exercise in the correct form. Hybrid is my second home, and the people coming there are my family. Results are inevitable here. You get to learn how to "Snatch, Clean & Jerk, Push Jerk" and all such cool stuff which you will never get to learn in any gym. Thank You Hasmeet ,Thank you Hybrid Strength & Rehab.
