Worst reviews for this useless store .All the staff was so Rude and shameless, they lost their client today. We went inside to buy a women perfume and that useless guy showed attitude and said wait 15 minutes . All of the customers went without buying whom they were attending . There were customers inside and they made fun about as I showed him the mirror . They judge people and make fun of them. Totally disappointing experience and the brand is also not doing any as everyone has given worst reviews about this store

Obnoxious, pretentious, cold and inattentive attitude of staff here is just horrible. I have been many times in a Paris and Dubai store, and I am shocked that this store is under Hermes. I made my purchase as I needed it but I would never return here. They also never pick up the phone to make the appointment, do not reply on Whatsap. Completely unreachable. Hermes should be ashamed of the staff and their attitude here.

We had a fantastic time at this beautiful Hermes boutique! One sometimes hears horror stories of rude or intimidating salespeople at such high end stores, but mine (Karan) was attentive, respectful, and had a great eye. My husband also had nothing but nice things to say about his lovely associate. While people mostly know Hermes for its iconic handbags and scarves, its other offerings are exquisite and textbook examples of understated elegance. The stitching on my husband's belt is flawless, the integrity of the silk on the twillies is apparent, and the leather on my new boots is sublime. Based on quality, it's clear the store hasn't succumbed to the three generation curse that marks many other premium brands. My only regret is that the store hasn't come to Chennai yet, but until it does, the rest of us living in the southern state will have to make do with either Mumbai or (may I recommend) this gorgeous boutique in Delhi.

I am inside the store last 5 - 7 minutes..no one has come to ask ... On asking to be shown Scarves I am informed someone will come..No signs as yet . Are you short staffed ? Yes I am told

I was extremely disappointed, We were asked to go to another store and buy because we weren’t regulars. I was excited to purchase some items but the staff were Very rude and arrogant. I think customer service is so important and this is how they are losing a lot costumers.

I've been shopping regularly at Hermès Dubai Mall and i've always had a very positive experience dealing with Mr. Muntasir. It was my first time at Hermès Chanakya. Mr. Karan was very courteous and obliging.

Staff needs sales training the sales associate keeps walking in and out of the store to take personal calls. He seems rather occupied and did not make me want to buy something

BE CAREFUL! They might be selling counterfeit products. We purchased a cashmere stole from them for 90K and the stole started fading and leaving lint the very same day. We went back to the store the next day and inquired about the product and asked for an exchange, they rudely refused and Claimed that their products are genuine. Honestly one would be better off going to Dubai Hermes store to buy genuine products.

Extremely poor service. Had the most disappointing experience at your chanakya store after a long wait outside and inside the store the lady attendant was in such a hurry and was extremely unprofessional and curt to us.

I have been to Hermes in many countries and you guys are terrible among all others, you kept me waited for 30-40 minutes for no reason and no one came to serve me. Please be genuine and kind to the people as you do not own the brand, you only work there. Lady Orrr or Urrrr or ourr whatever your name is, you might be one of the best CA but i have never seen a unprofessional, rude and arrogant person before in luxury. Only people are doing their good job here are security. If anyone wants to spoil their day go and visit this place, they wont disappoint you. Staff will give there best to make you feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.

The staff in Hermes store in Chankya mall, Delhi is the worst staff there can be in any store, forget a high end one. They are bad because almost all of them are incompetent. It's as if they dont want to serve too many customers. Lazy, is what I would call them. Management needs to do something. Though I doubt they would. They should - it's not as if they are Brunello Cuicenelli. But the staff in the latter is much more competent and serves better.

Miss hurr or orrrr SA needs to correct her attitude towards clients. Worst service is all you can get from this store. Zero commission on handbags and that’s the reason she didn’t even serve us and being a loyal of hermes we had to wait for 1 hour and leave the store . The management need to train there staff and focus more on client experience rather than asking profile on the entrance if they have profile with hermes or not and checking history first. I hope you take any action against her .

Had visited this store long back to inquire about a men's wallet. The staff here is really good and explain everything. I had seen a few models in MC2 Copernic as well as Citizen twills wallet. They were really good. Would recommend it to anyone with deep pockets.

Srishti patch is so rude and obnoxious I’ve heard it from other people but experienced it myself. Wouldn’t purchase anything if I have to interact with her. She needs to learn how to be professional and do her job well, she’s ruining the reputation of your brand.

My SA Mr. Zayed was warm, friendly and professional. It is unusual that you are not assigned a SA on entry but after I got in touch with Mr. Zayed it was smooth sailing. He guided me through my purchase patiently and efficiently. And he also wrapped up my purchase beautifully in a box. I'm beyond happy.
