Writing this after 2 and half month I purchased my car from here. The RC is still not transferred on my name, As per car mall and agent the application is still pending at RTO. Visited RTO multiple time, the application is still not submitted in RTO. Make sure to check necessary things and checks before delivery.

Well with new show room the level of charges have gone sooooooo high that even multinational car show rooms cost less than them. Even I have purchased two cars, first when they were located only at tidke colony, that time service and everything was nice so I purchased second car from them, but within 15 days their fake claim of checking 105 or 125 check points came forward and it cost me nearly 7-8 k which otherwise would have cost me me 2-3k. And most important, never go for any type of repair work, they will loot you like never before. And biggest blunder was, I did not take loan on that car and they loaded my RC with loan from HDFC Bank. I would recommend BROKERDALAL from ANDHERI Mumbai who give better price and offer on wide range of cars.

If I could give no stars I would. Literally the meaning of cheaters, liars and fake people who have no knowledge about anything, just because we didn't agree to pay there fake charges they gave for my car. They did something to it, leaked the oil and when I took it to another garage they said it is smoking. JUST BECAUSE WE DIDNT AGREE TO PAY WHAT YOU SAID DOES'NT MEAN YOU SPOIL SOMEONES CAR. The stupid AUTOMOTIVE CAR MALL. pls don't go there. ALL YOUR STAFFS ARE THIEVES. We had so much trust on a staff named Priyanka and all the people there as it seemed really good. BUT THEY DIDNT KNOW ANYTHING ALL THEY WANTED TO DO WAS STEAL MONEY.

They will only shine the vehicle from outside before selling it to you . Check properly before buying .

First of all there is no dedicated parking space for customers , we have to park the vehicle on the side of highway which is not safe . Secondly the watchman sitting there is so arrogant and rude like he owns the Mall .
