Before a week renewed a maintainance contract, they were supposed to replace outlet pipe, after renewing contract and payment clearance they have not turned back to provide service. I called twice neither they came to replace pipe nor they shown courtesy to inform me. It has been observed that once they got the payment they start taking things for granted and will start speaking rude language. plz deal carefully.

Very poor services. Loot most of the times. In different ways they cheat and give various schemes none of which is efficient. Have taken their amc which I will terminate. We have very bad experience of Sani Water Mall. We have purchase 3 machines from them. Service is very bad. They are showing us as a authorizsed dealer of company but they are not a authorized dealer of Kent. Son of the owners talked very roughly. Wastage of money, totally useless service provider, whole staff owner to workers promises fake statements and assurances. Don't waste your time and Money because finally you get disappointment only.

Pathetic service is the least word you can say about these guys. The owners son named Anand or something like that is extremely rude and has absolutely no customer service skills.

VERY VERY VERY BAD Service and talking rudely with customers. Mr Sonawane is a very arrogant and worst mannered. Never in my life have experienced such worst attitude this guy has shown, Would request to stay away from such chaotic and ill mannered. We have paid Advance for AMC services, but never received services on time, if google had minus ratings, would have given minus -5 for sure.

The service provided by the owner is really very nice. He has friendly attitude which attracts customers mind. And about the purifiers, there are every type of brand you want. I buyed the Kent purifier and it is really good. And the most amazing thing is they give a great discount on purifiers.
