Almost all staff's behaviour is bad, unless they know you or you have some recommendations. Whole environment is nasty. Staff will send you from one counter to another. You have to spend a lot of time for simple work. No sign boards or citizens charter. It's awful. Maybe work overload or they are not given proper training or no accountability.

Very very bad experience. They just harass the customer. Behaviour is worst. Even the branch manager is useless. These type of employees and managers are just sitting there to get paid for free and ruin the name of SBI company.

Purnea main branch providing very good services technically but due to lot of customer branch banking takes too much time as this is one of the oldest bank branch of Purnea so having huge number of customers avoid branch banking

To much croud no safety , too late service

Very crowded Not a managed place , Here cleark thought that they are the kings and the person who came bank for there work are their servants. Manger talk like that I have begged for some money from his bank account. I go there to do a business of about 20L but no one is there to entertain me. Manager just asked me to go to counter no. 3 very rudely . I came back and make a decision to shift my bank account to another bank

Totally got frustrated you will lose your time by moving from one counter to another counter and your issue will only get solved if you have lots of free time to sit there or you know someone there If you are a busy person than at last you will transfer your bank account to another branch

SBI main branch provides good services but this place is over crowded and you may have to contribute more time to get your work done
