travel
agency.
I
can
easily
mention
this
to
be
my
worst
experience
so
far.
Firstly,
the
bus
didn't
arrive
in
time
(
which
I
was
understandable
with
and
it
happens
,right
?),
despite
arriving
late,
the
bus
operator
and
the
driver
had
the
audacity
of
shouting
at
all
the
passengers
to
enter
the
bus
quickly
as
we
are
running
out
of
time.
Secondly
,
the
AC
was
not
functioning
properly
at
the
seats
we
booked,
I
took
it
up
with
the
operator
to
which
he
responds,
"we
just
started
our
journey
and
it
would
take
some
time
for
the
cooling
to
come
into
effect"
I
was
like
"
Makes
sense
okay,
lemme
wait
"
.
I
waited
for
20
minutes
and
reached
out
again
to
which
he
responded
“
lemme
go
check
the
blower
and
increase
it
",
he
left
to
increase
the
speed
of
the
blower.Because
nothing
was
happening
after
10
minutes
of
him
leaving
I
reached
out
to
him
again
,
he
responded
saying
"
the
bus
has
just
arrived
from
the
showroom
,
it
might
take
200
kms
for
the
bus
to
start
cooling".
Sounded
fishy.
The
funny
thing
was
,
I
immediately
dialled
Abhi
bus
to
which
the
representive
took
one
the
of
the
operator
of
the
agency
online
and
made
me
talk
to
him
,
it
ended
up
with
nothing
but
just
a
concession
in
the
number
of
kms
from
200
to
80.
Lol.
Thirdly
,
The
bus
was
stinking
pungent.
Fourthly,
some
personal
acquaintances
of
the
operator
has
boarded
in
who
have
not
ideally
booked
tickets
but
has
bribed
some
amount
to
let
the
entry
and
transport
them.
They
were
sleeping
in
the
bus's
walkway.(
Can
you
imagine)
?
And
finally
guess
what.
This
is
icing
on
the
cake.
I
was
supposed
to
be
dropped
at
Kachiguda
but
all
the
passengers
who
were
supposed
to
get
down
at
Kacheguda
were
dropped
at
MGBS.
When
questioned
,
the
operator
was
like
"
we
are
not
aware
of
this"
although
he
is
clearly
aware
of
this.
Please
lookout
for
alternatives.
Do
not
bank
on
these
people.
You
are
only
going
to
regret
.
