    Indira gandhi nahar is mainly constructed for water supply in Rajasthan. It starts from Himachal and goes upto barmer rajasthan. It supplies water to north and west Rajasthan. Some districts are completely rely on Indira Gandhi Nahar. It also play an important role in economy also. Some part of Punjab and Haryana is also supplied by it.
