We purchased this feed as a trial for replacing unomei but unfortunately the packageing and transport of the company is of the worst ever possible quality the package was damaged and also the feed was wet and not dried properly, when questioned the management response was to finish the feed as soon as possible and they also accepted their mistake of mechanical failure but instead of a refund or replacement the company acts cheap and not considered of the customers loss . It's been difficult to handle the feed the water quality is being destroyed due the the bad advices of the company and the growth of the fish dosent seem to be that exratodinary as mentioned the company claimed to export their feed but the packageing of the product sems to be of the most basic with no proper protection. I advice customers to make sure ur making a good decision before z change'over to zxp because it has a tendency to change wite with fungus exposure very soon after opening

Worst ever experience I had dealing with this company management, I have contacted for fish feed products for trial from them, thinking it is manufacturing company and giving lots of surety for their products and they assured me that no transportation charges for supplying in Gujarat. So, I have asked for prices and believe me it much higher then they are actually displaying in their website. Upon ask, Mr. Bharat Patel informed as quantity is less, prices are higher. I thought fair enough and asked to send me an invoice and payment detail. But now whole drama started after I paid them and sent detail to Mr.Bharat, now Mr. Pintu is sending me a message that payment not received. I wrote that payment detail already shared and why don’t you checked before asking customer and requested him to ensure delivery today only. Now, I received call from Mr. Bharat that today delivery won’t be possible due to COVID restriction, so I will do it tomorrow, but you have to pay transportation charges. I surprisingly asked why should I have to pay? Then same story due to less quantity!!!!! I agreed to pay 800/- to driver who will deliver products and same informed to my receiving partner to pay. But here, scenario changed, next day Mr. Bharat messaged to do Gpay and I told him clearly that I can’t. I don’t even use it. But you can co-ordinate with my receiving partner. But surely upon receipt of delivery as agreed, payment will be done to driver. Delivery reached and upon receiving they have instructed not to give unless they call delivery office.Then Mr. Pintu called me to Gpay 900/-, so, I asked why 900/-? and clearly said I don’t have Gpay, my person is with cash to pay at delivery office or I can transfer from my company account. Then he started arguing saying that I don’t know do business and I will release delivery when I will receive payment. I told him are you out of your mind behaving like this. Without personal interaction, I have paid you full amount and now you are showing unethical behaviour, not accept me. Person is at delivery office, just take the money and release the delivery and I hanged up my call. When I called Mr. Bharat (owner) thinking that he must know this behaviour, found he is sailing in same boat and Mr. Pintu is his head. He started giving excuse of answering his CA is very difficult. If you viewer, read this then my advise to all contacting online to this company, be aware this mentioned behaviour........ you all know how to deal.

Good value, note fish is primary ingredient so this is a warm-weather food. Fishes seem to like it just fine, good "value" food. Haven't noticed any issues with water quality while feeding, but then I'm careful not to over-feed.

We tried their Murrel feed of 45% protein. It's very feed converted and intake is so fast. I got it in 60rs per kg by ZXP only as market price is more than 100 rs per kg

well first of all 5 out of 5 not enough for this product. i have to rate it 10 out of 5 because i received the product in the same day . also i can use it upto 24 month from mfg. good support from Zexpet. Product is good and its floating long time enough
