Best Hotel with excellent room services, All Staff members are very co-operatives as well as helpful, They are arranging birthday cake also willing to do decorations for my wife birthday thank you so much team Location centre of all Places within 3km range you cover all udaipur places Food Quality Excellent also arranging breakfast as per your choice which i loved. I am planning for 3 days but enjoying 4 days in these hotel. Highly recommended for Safe Stay & Hygiene Food Quality …❤️👍🏻😇

The room was clean and that is the only good thing we experienced while staying here.The manager/person in charge is rude and any issues we faced,he didn't address them at all,which is specifically why I wrote the review.Images shown online of the room and hotel are misleading.Wifi Connection is pathetic because you will have to reconnect every 5 minutes.We were told to check out at 10:00 am before the 11:00 am(which was what was given online) because we booked through agoda and the tariff was very less to what they were expecting and we didn't order anything from the hotel restaurant as well.The extra money we paid for breakfast was a mistake because the options are limited to a total of 2 and the taste of food was totally not good.

Location is nice but hotel and its stuff is pathetic. We got a room with used mattress and a terrible washroom and even after multiple requests there were no resolution by any of the hotel staff rather we were being told the staff is busy because the hotel is full moreover that they even did not had a remote there was just one guy who came in the room and set the ac temperature when we asked for one thy said we only have 1 remote and rest all are broken. Choose at your own risk

Rooms are very dirty and unhygienic. No staff for services and towel are very dirty. Food of this hotel cause food poisoning. Their manager is very rude natured and not helpfull in emergency. I don't know how this is 3 star hotel or whatever according to me living on footpath is better to stay in Gyangarh hotel.

First person we come in contact with is nathu lal ji.. He is very humble person also the one in restaurant is a pleasing personality and the staff was really good.. Rooms are cozy and clean. Experience is good.

Location wise it was great, all visiting sites are within the 5 km boundary of hotel. Faced some difficulties while checkin due less staff available, Some Rooms are very good but in some of them AC’s are not working, no footmats available, highly recommended!!!! check rooms before checkin. Staff behaviour was little bit weird, no proper response from reception. breakfast was good. Compromising on some amenities, overall it was a good stay.

The rooms were small but cosy, and clean. The light system could be improved. For example, it was irritating that the bathroom exhaust fan will keep switching on and off if there is no activity that is recorded on a motion sensor. :) The REstaurant has limited options, only veg ones but has an amazingly helpful staff. Especially, Radhe was all-rounder and I found him equally efficient at the front desk handling customers as a receptionist and also as service person for room service. He was the one who helped us with our breakfast and he was so servicing cntric that I would have definitely hired him if I was in a hospitality business. :) He can truly feel the customers' pain. I wouldn't have rated so high if it was not Radhe's efforts so, he definitely deserves recognition.

Rooms are really good, staff especially Radhe bhai is really very helpful and nice to everyone and always smiling. The overall experience was really good too. Happy to come back.

Overall good place to stay. 1.Location: hotel location is good. Near by places are Sukhadiya circle food court, Saheliyon ki badi, Fateh Sagar lake 1.5km, petrol pump, beer wine shop. 2.Room: Room was clean and of adequate size. 3.Service: Service needs to be improved. 4.Food: By default they provide spicy food, let them know if you want less spicy. Gehu tawa roti is available which we hardly see in hotel. 5.Car Parking: yes car parking is available.
