will
take
orders
for
door
delivery
but
will
neither
deliver
the
order
nor
let
you
know
about
the
status
of
the
order.
The
whole
family
has
to
starve
and
wonder
if
will
they
ever
deliver
it
or
not
and
they
will
call
you
around
1:30
Pm
asking
for
the
location.
This
happened
twice
and
we
cancelled
the
order
and
ordered
food
outside.Happened
on
March
8
:
Called
us,
and
checked
us
about
the
previous
review
we
posted
about
the
door
delivery
order
issue
last
time
and
yelled
on
the
call
for
the
negative
review
we
posted,
and
asked
us
not
to
place
the
order
anymore.
The
franchise
owner
didn't
even
had
the
courtesy
to
investigate
about
what
actually
happened
and
failed
to
admit
the
miss
on
their
side
and
blamed
the
entire
situation
on
us,
yelled
over
the
call
for
more
than
1/2
hour
early
in
the
morning
.
He
stated
me
that
I
can
post
review
even
with
his
call
recording
in
which
he
shouted
in
a
disrespectful
manner.
I
will
repeat
it
here
again
your
customer
service
is
pathetic
.
By
the
way,
we
have
been
ordering
here
for
the
reputation
of
the
ungal
meenavan
and
not
an
irresponsible
franchise
like
you
who
spoil
the
name
of
the
brand.
Just
because
you
are
the
only
one
shop
around
the
locality
doesn't
give
you
any
authority
to
speak
in
this
way
to
the
customer.
Learn
customer
service
or
quit
serving
the
customers
by
giving
false
information
stating
2
hour
delivery.If
you
can't
guarantee
your
service
standards
then
stop
door
delivery
service.Pathetic
and
disrespectful
service.
