Great hotel in Guna...I stopped over here for a few days while riding down to pune from Lucknow. Very clean and spacious rooms, and pretty good food also. The rates are quite reasonable and it is probably one of the few really good properties in Guna at the moment. The staff is also excellent. Special mention to Mr. Ramakant at the reception, who went out of his way to be very helpful. Overall a Great stay 🙏🏻

On my way from mumbai to chandigarh by car stopped here as per my friends suggestion. Value for money. Superb rooms at these prices very warm reception and service. The best part is the food . Chicken Bhatti ka murg with no colors but full of juices. Chef Ranjan was eager to prepare chicken chilly dry with lots if slit green chillies , the way I love it and it was wonderful. If I take this same route back I am staying here again 💯

Playotel is located exactly opposite the Guna Bus stand where the Indore , Bhopal and Gwalior buses drop you. The property is very modern, is kept very clean. The hotel is just 1.5 kms away from the Guna Railway station. The breakfast spread was very good so was the taste. The service at the hotel was also very good.

I wasn't expecting this level of service and hospitality at a small town like Guna. This really had me surprised and happy with the fact that such lovely places are coming up across the length and breadth of our country. Great service lovely spread of food at the buffet. The team also was extremely considerate with my travel requirements and I got a timely wake up call at 5am along with a hot cup of tea and packed breakfast to go. Full marks!

Hotel was good, in terms of location , service and food Quality. Deducted one star due to problem in water supply in the washrooms . The supply was disrupted for 3-4 hours. But enjoyed my stay overall.

Everything is fine; location is good; it's near both railway station and Bus station; rooms are well furnished; Washrooms are also in a good and properly working state; TV is also fine. Just one complaint. When we order food from outside and we want to use plates and spoons of the hotel, the staff were not at all hospitable in this case.
