NOT RECOMMENDED FOR SHORT DISTANCES. we booked yesterday a car for local sightseeing at 4.30 pm today. They havnt send me driver's number. No car came. Now when I called them they are telling no driver is available. we have to wait ....absolute rubbish. NO RESPONSIBILITY.

He is the worst travel agent i informed him 10days back and he cancelled my ride at the moment and did not even informed me

I've booked the cab service three times in the past, all horrible experience. They don't value time given for the journey, makes excuses for their mistakes everytime, really unprofessional. Poor management, really bad drivers, some sleeps while driving car, some gets too close to other vehicle, some changes lane on an empty road suddenly. I would say not to book from this travel service provider if you love your dear ones. I will surely realised my mistakes now. POOR

Very good Service and very cooperative. Cars are in very good condition. The only travel agency i will prefer when coming to silvassa and vapi.
