Manage and staff are trained to divert the customer to another branch.. if you’ll ask for cheque book they will tell you unavailability of stationary. Just sit for a while you’ll see they don’t treat the customer equally and this is not first time I have observed.. this has happened many times and everyone knows this branch for treating customer rudely.

Staff was very good , whom I meet was Deepu Singh he done my work very quickly.

One of the best in the private banks. Its facilities are of private bank and reliability is of government. Coming to services provided in the branch: Cash withdrawal from I Mobile App. Cash withdrawal from the machine which generates request id and sends to registered mobile no, which can be shown to the counter person to proceed with the request. There is option for cash deposite also. (Request can be generated either via iMobile app or the machine installed in that branch) Many times, I deposited old and slight teared notes without any problem. The shortest time taken by me to deposite cash was only 49 Seconds! Overall, Nice branch!
