This is the main railway station for balangir and sonepur city. Station is mostly clean and well

Awesome lovely place.Small station with 4 platforms.clean station.Express trains are halted here expect some SF.Booking counter opens at 5 a.m.Private Parking is available near the booking counter..

Gateway to patnagarh. And Saintala Arms n Ordinance factory. The Balangir city is a monarch/princely state also an integral part of Odisha which lies geographically on the western part.

BALANGIR railway station was so beautiful.but this route is not a Rajdhani Railway rute.I had not seen AC waiting hall in this place.
