I had a good experience of visiting girias. I visited their shop for buying a washing machine and i had a good customer service. For me the customer executive Mr.Hari has explained everything in a detailed manner for even small doubts. We got the washing machine at aadi offer rate and they will equate the rate with the online price.They will reduce the rate to equate with online rate. I have got Best rate for washing machine than any other showrooms.

Disappointed.... I bought one whirlpool washing machine here.while displayed this, they told one vegetable chopper will be available as complementary gift. Also they promised to provide the same as available online price. Then only I make the payment. At the time of delivery only, I will know,they cutoff the complementary gift. After making the payment, they told to put the review...at that time, I am really happy and make some positive response Overall disappointed.... They need to informed clearly , if any changes made... Final output is, there is no price deduction. Actually today only, we shift to new house. We need some other goods from Girias and that also I informed to them. Above issue was really not a major thing. But, in future How can I trust Girias? Now my option was changed.
