this is possibly the worst society ever. When they want to dug holes or clean sewage they just pump water in front of houses to spread malaria. As if govt cutting electric is not enough in middle of summer they cut electric for 3-4 hours everyday in name of maintenance. the water is salty and supplies are regularly cancelled due to motor issues. Considering the maintenance amount they take ...services provided are shoddy. I will suggest to never buy anything here blindly ...first stay here for 6 months and not regret later.

Pushpanjali Baikunth is one of the finest township in Vrindavan , I have been looking for an independent house in Vrindavan and my search stopped at Pushpanjali Baikunth. The best feature that attracted me to invest my money here is the security level and the greenery they offer . I have been living with my family for the past 2 years now and the atmosphere is quite homely and peaceful compared to other townships in Vrindavan. Hone should there where you feel the peace and sense of security.

Hi , there is nuisance of dogs in this colony(Pushpanjali Baikunth Vrindavan) .They are biting people frequently, today a dog bit my mother . They take so much maintenance but once you buy their villa...you will see that there is no maintenance . Even basic functionality like sweeper or tree cutting is missing. The is staff is as useless as owner . their is nuisance of snakes and monitor lizard. People are selling out their place here in half of the prices they brought in. Please beware before buying the building material is so bad theat half of the houses are in dilapidated condition.

Awesome place to stay with full of positivity & peaceful environment. When you go out for walks you see greenery everywhere. Inside yet far from the hustle bustle of the city. Planning to invest there for my second home also.

A homely atmospher, free from pollution, dust and noise. It will give you a true experience of Baikunth. Fresh air, eye soothing parks and walk in the morning gives me boost for my whole day, i really enjoed whenever i got chance to stay there.

Don't buy villa cottage flat in vrindavan.. their are my issue from maintenance. Like water , cleaning, park maintenance etc. Maintenance office not able to solve.

This is one of the best residential societies I have ever stayed in my lifetime. My parents have been staying @ Pushpanjali Baikunth for the last 10 years. It has plenty of greenery. Builder is too good (esp Gaurav Ji and Anupam Ji ). There are so many parks. Best place to stay in Vrindavan.

FYI to all the new buyers - Please stay away from Pushpanjali properties. They never finish anything on time and when asked for update will say 10-15 days every-time. Better to buy somewhere else where we can have peace of mind. Bought property here years ago, still cannot get possession because work is not complete. Will celebrate 10 years of no possession because main agenda on pushpanjali is to sell not deliver.

Pushpanjali construction doing a good job by making such an amazing projects in vrindavan with more than 70% greenery, 24*7 water supply and our all necessary needs, they provide us with in the project.

This colony is very beautifully designed. There are many gardens. And there are many types of plots. There is good atmosphere.

My booking was there from 2009 after all payment they no response not ready property till 2023 very disappointed 😞

Pushpanjali is the largest gated society in vrindavan with 70% green area Nd having all amenties like well maintained lights , power backups , 24×7 water supply .. Best place to live with family.
