I am an OCD fighter. I have to deal with intrusive thoughts. I takes regular medicine which are counselted by DR. RAMAN BALIYAN . The effect of these medicines is quite well . But MEDICINES ARE NOT ENOUGH YOU HAVE TO DO PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES DAILY FOR YOUR MENTAL WELL BEING.
