The experience with Tour Hub Destination was simply amazing. Mr. Vivek was person who was taking care of our entire trip and he took care of us from when we took first step in Kerala till we reached back home. He planned the trip in very smooth way and provided us with a driver whom i just cant find enough words to appreciate. Mr. Ramees drove us across Kerala for 4 days and he was the most polite driver we have ever met. The entire experience was mesmerizing. Mesmerizing memories!!! If we could describe our Kashmir trip precisely. We were looking for a credible travel agency who can help us in arranging a hassle-free and safe travel planning for us based on their past experience. Our long search came to an end when we contacted Mr. Vivek from the Travel Hub who assured us all the support required from the travel planning, flight suggetion, ideal time for travel, hotels availabilities, list of activities - sports, adventure etc. We were a team of six, two adults, two senior citizens and two kids.The toughest combination for any agent to plan a charter. However, Mr. Vivek and his team did a fabulous job in providing us updates on the heath, government regulations during the pandemic situation which helped us removing a major fear factor from our mind. Our travel was from TVM to Srinagar with layover at Delhi. When we reached the Airport, the driver welcomed us and he guided us for the next 6 days with all the required information right from their culture, history, places, the authentic Kashmiri kawha and what not. All the hotels were good and we enjoyed the stay. There were no issues with room heating (which is the most important when you are living at subzero temperature for some days). Some places you can explore by yourself, but places like Kashmir you definitely need to go with a trusted agency and I highly recommend Travel Hub for the J&K trip. Its my first time am going out of state with my dear wife. Tour hub was really supportive at all the places. Tour hub guys will be coordinating things from different place but you will feel like they are traveling along with you. Accommodation was good in manali and delhi. Bike ride and delhi was additional packages which i have requested and they have looped all in the same budget. This is our first trip from Tour Hub Destination team, and I would like to say a BIG Thank you to Mr. Vivek who organized this wonderful trip for us. Starting from the day one of our enquiry for travel destinations… Vivek was able to provide the bundled travel package in a short span of days. The cab transits and the resort / hotel stays were good. The cab drivers were never in a hurry and were taking us to every place which were good. The resort was awesome with the nature’s view towards the dam and pleasant, the folks at the resort were down to earth and provided good service. My family enjoyed and it’s a memorable trip in our life. We would like to go more trips coordinated by Vivek and Tour Hub Destination. Also, would like to appreciate the follow-up and caring nature until we reached back home.

When we decided to go to Kashmir on a holiday trip, We contacted Vivek of Tour Hub Destination.He had a detailed discussion with us for determining our priorities and gave suggestions and advices. Pahalgam is a nice place and we enjoyed the horse riding. Gulmarg is fantastic with its scenic beauty. The Gondola ride to the top of the mountain covered with ice and playing in ice was the pick of this tour.Then we went to Sonmarg.The Highway drive through snowclad mountains to Sonmarg was an amazing experience. Srinagar city is beautiful.we stayed in a good house boat.The shikara ride in the vast Dal lake is really nice. We reached Trivandrum at midnight but there was the call from dear Vivek . We had a splendid and pleasant journey in Kerala, we were a Little bit worried because of the Covid and Summer season, but it was a safe journey and luckily the climate was too good. Thanks a lot to Mr Vivek and Mr Ramees. Vivek has coordinated with us in our entire journey, and also he was very accommodating till the end of our journey with some changes with our plan and he made sure it happened as per our wish. We had a great time in Goa during Onam holidays!!! Thank you Mr Vivek for your kind help and assistance on the tour.Travel arrangements were very good & Accommodation were wonderful.We stayed in Sia Signature,Calangute.The staff was very friendly and helpful.We enjoyed some local dishes also(Xacuti is one of my favourite).The cab facility was also great and the driver was very courteous.He knew the places very well. We had a very good experience in Thailand which was planned with the help of Vivek Baburaj and Tour Hub Destination. We had planned our trip all of a sudden in 2 days of gap but Vivek’s assistance and guidance helped us make our honeymoon trip a great one. We never faced any issue or difficulties as such, and it was a hassle free experience. I liked the service of Tour hub assigned people in Thailand as well, who was available to assist and reply to our queries without any delays. Vivek was available to take calls even at late nights in India While clearing the doubts about the trip, He always asked us the status of our departure, arrival and even reminded us to do the web checkins at correct time.
