day
life
we
are
only

but
how
many

health.
Our
mental
health
is
also
much
more
important
for

lifes.
Let's

the

suppose

we
were
not
feeling
well
and

fever
or

physical
health
problem
we
immediately
approaches
our
consult
doctor
and
take
medicines
he
has
prescribed
but
take
a
look
and
just
remind
when
you
entered
the
clinic
at
that
time
I
think
you
first
got
the
feeling
of
cure,
felt
relax
immediately.what
was
that??that
is
the
power
of
positivity,belief
on
doctor,your
state
of
mind
and
within
2-3
days
you
recovered.
I
know
sarfaraj
sir
personally
since
from
last
7-8yrs,attended
his
workshops,programs
and
I
can
say
that

is
the
best.
He
has
great
command
over
his
psychological
counselling,
he
has
great
ability,
techniques,knowledge
and
he
is
one
of

best
motivator,mentor
and
I
can
say
that

and

worth
and

is

all

like
kids,
students,housewife,youngster's,

So
