I was scared on the recovery process after the ACL surgery. But Dr.Teena from Pro physiotherapy came to my rescue.She clearly first explained as what is stopping me from bending knee and walking after which she did the session. She was very skillful and careful about the seassions. During the seassions she was mindful on the posture correction which helped me recover faster. To ensure efficient recovery , the physio also guided me on lifestyle adjustments.Now I could walk without the knee braces and crutch after 3 weeks of the operation .
