Last but not least, the fast customer service rendered by the staff members are excellent and cannot be compared.

Perfect pricing for fuels and good in terms of services. They support Xtrareward loyalty programs including Point redemption and point loading. Perfect billing method and billing copy. One person will always be there for air filling for tyres. The only negative point in this pump is that the waiting time for fuel filling is more when compared to other spots and that's because of the heavy crowd here every time. I recommend everyone to use this branch mainly for the availability of all the services that indian oil is providing to their customers. Also the fuel quality is undoubtedly good. Both normal petrol and Speed petrol are available at the valid price. I recommend normal petrol over Speed petrol because I noted there are no differences in terms of mileage or any other factors between them. So save money by using normal petrol. Being a local resident whenever I fill fuel I travel 5kms from my place and skip 2 petrol station to reach here This time I am waiting after a car for petrol near oil change place. The lady came in scooty after me She didn’t even ask permission to me or didn’t even request the staff to come before me She took the service and left when I asked the staff he was telling sir she is scolding me and telling ladies first but I denied but she keep on yelling on me that’s the reason I did and I am so sorry for make you wait he said I smiled and left Because I am educated to treat all the human being in same way and same respect.. They also have clean rest rooms, air stations for filling air to your tyres. And free engine oil change is available here if you buy engine oil from them(but only for two wheelers not for cars). They also have a canteen behind the petrol pump which serves you healthy and affordable foods,snacks,juices etc., you can take a quick bite if you want . The behavior of the staff is concerning in that they think like the owner of Indian Oil, do not respond properly, and often fail to provide appropriate responses. 2. There are separate air filling stations for 2-wheelers and 4-wheelers. Regrettably, if the 2-wheeler area is congested, they do not allow 2-wheelers to use the 4-wheeler area, even if there is space available or no 4-wheelers are present. 3. If a person is not available in the 2-wheeler air filling area, no one else will come. Even 4-wheeler air fill people will not come to the 2-wheeler area. In the event that there is no attendant present in the 2-wheeler air filling section, no one else attends to the customers. They are unresponsive when called, as they are often engaged with their mobile phones. 4. If we are making a card payment, we have to go to the payment counter and make the payment. Without payment, no fuel will be filled. 5. If anyone waits to fill fuel without making payment, they never inform them to make the payment, and we have to wait and fill, then they will mention to make payment, which is the worst. 6. Fuel can be filled on both sides. However, they are filling only one side; if anyone stands on the other side, they never come; instead, we have to move the vehicle to the other side where the people are. I accept their service in food and hospitals. However, their service quality at the petrol station falls short of expectations, and they are not doing any service at the petrol station as it is like a normal petrol station. We are paying the same price as at other pumps. There are many other pumps providing good fuel, and some pumps provide a 1–3-rupee discount. Since they are doing service in the hospital and canteen so all the people in this petrol station are thinking like God themselves. It's the very worst behavior and action.

Every Thing is good except Tyre pressure for the two wheeler you have to wait atleast 30 mins to check your tyre pressure for two wheeler but for fours they have more than 4 tyre pressure pumps but online one tyre pressure pump for the two wheeler

Alwaz good service especially for women separate section is there without hassle...also free air services are done nearly...same area reasonable charge of 2 wheeler oil change is done very good and quality service for tat too...most of the times high rush Even though we ppl go there because Quality comes first and their service highly superb...Why not sometimes to wait for just a couple of minutes humbly...

Quantity and quality of petrol, diesel filling is amazing. Gas bunk also there so you can fill LPG for your vehicle. Other VAS like Air, water are available with dedicated service. SSS means Service and Service means SSS.
