We have seen multiple projects before buying property here. Its very beautiful place nice scenary and well maintained property. Lonavala / Khandal is max 30min drive and why to think lonavala as when you are here you will not visit lonavala as its already having very good scenic location surrounded by hills and zenith fall and other small falls to nearby.

Krishna valley is one of the best palces to be as it in the middle of beautiful natural waterfalls and purr oxygen air. Mr Akash is very helpful and cheerful person who will patiently help you in your new home buying process. It has all modern facilities that one would expect in a resort too.

I was looking for weekend home properties around Khopoli and found this project. At the site visit I met Mr. Akash Gawde who was very friendly, matter-of-fact and helpful in selecting the flat and getting a fair price. He was patient through all the questions I had and the various permutations and combinations I kept asking for. He organised the home loan and was readily available on call whenever I had any doubt. The building too is in a good location and seems to be on time to meet the posession deadline. Great first home-buying experience overall.

please do not buy any property from Krishna valley khopoli. Mr Upendra Sharma their salesperson is highly unprofesssional. My friend John bought a property from them & his home loan did not get sanctioned. They are refusing to return the token amount. Moreover, Upendra Sharma is a big Chor & fraud person at Krishna Valley. Pls safeguard your money .

Ghatiya construction quality, no security, no safety ,no water ,no support from builder ,no after services. Arrogant nature. Monopoly, dictator like attitude. No listening of your problems by builder. Pathetic supervisor staff. Builder sells flats only showing buitful rainy weather scenes, and club house. Actually, the builder is planning to make over 2000 flats but no water for 100 odd flats. Clubhouse is even very small to cattery 2000 flats. Highly recommend not to buy or suggest your friends, family, or relatives

Awesome Place to visit Zenith waterfall.

It is a very beautiful residential complex in the lap of nature. Surrounded by hills on 2/3rd side, Zenith waterfall is very close by. The place will give you a very different vibe every time you go. The waterfalls views are amazing. Lonavala is half n hours drive from here. All basic amenities available in the vicinity.

Krishna valley is best place as a second home for Mumbaikers. Looks like heaven during monsoon. Functioning club house with huge swimming pool. Gorgeous wieve of Khandala ghat from your bed rooms, yes from bedroom wieve of mountain with water fall during monsoon. Grand entry gate with community of 12 apartments, and many more apartments in future. Easily one of the best place for second home. Nearby tourist places like Lonavla, Matheran, amagica.

Never think of buying flat in this complex they fool people in name of club house swimming pool and staff is very rude no service at all after sales....most of the time club house is under maintenance think twice before you invest in them

Well the place is Amazing the Krishna valley is designed is such way but I believe the new phase which is build I believe they have issues with the club house it other phase use it. Club house belong to Krishna valley not only to phase 1 . Couple of them from the new phase they think they own the entire property. My suggestion let’s live and enjoy and be safe .

Krishna Valley, as the name suggests is a place where god resides himself. I came to know about it through a friend and was very pleased with the hospitality of Mr. Akash Gawde, who gave us prompt answers to all our queries n guided us throughout. He is a person who can sense the pulse of the customer and help us to choose the best. Was very impressed by his way of approach n will be happy to be a part of it in coming months.
