Shell Petrol pumps are exceptionally good. There are a few reasons that I would like to list out - Attendants at Shell petrol stations are very well behaved and they greet you with “Namaste/Good Morning/GA/GE” each time you visit. They are trained to understand almost all the regional/English/hindi or required languages in order to serve their customer better. The chances of a scam are very less at shell petrol pumps as the attendant themselves tell you to check the meter readings before starting injecting the fuel. “ Sir, Meter check kar lo , ZERO Rupees, ZERO Litres “ and all. The Petrol pump station & washrooms are clean enough to stay for some time e.g. to wait for somebody / get fresh (urinal etc.). They take all the safety measure for you, your vehicle, petrol station while injecting fuel or Filling Air. e.g. - You need to get down , hold the bike on stand. Then only they will start filling in the fuel. ( another headache sometimes ;)) - You need to stop using your mobile phone ( although common everywhere) - Put the bike on double stand to fill in the air. One of the classic reason Shell petrol pumps are most preferred is SHELL V-POWER.

Newly opened Shell Petrol outlet in Avadi area. Neatly maintained. Basic and advanced facilities are available. Free engine oil checkup for vehicles was available as an inaugural offer. Air checkup was free and the staff didn't even get the tips when offered. Nice and courteous staff working inside the spot. Apt location for this kind of a petrol bunk as there are no fuel stations at either side for another 2 kilometers or so. This spot is gaining popularity day by day.

Overpriced fuel. The guy at the pump doesn't ask if power petrol is needed. He just fills up power petrol for 100cc bike. Handicapped cheater.

Fuel will generally cost more here than other PSU vendors. Good service and waiting time is less.

Located in wide road. All fuel option available. Quality of petrol is good. They provide offers when you have the shell app. Air is truly free. Courteous staff.

Please note women employee behaviour is not good here, not definitely shell std. They are pocketing balance (discount) money after you pay through cash after capturing the transaction through 'shell asia' app (they won't notify you the discount when you pay through cash, so please check in app before you move away) My experience, She was yelling before other customers, insulting me for asking my discounted balance Best is, If you want to get discount money back then after you refill petrol instead of paying in cash, get inside the store, capture the transaction in 'shell asia' app and then pay less(I.e., actual cost - discount) via Paytm

As all other shell petrol pump this is also neat and clean and the employees are very friendly. They're good in the changing oil and I filled air and didn't pay for air, normally in other places they demand to pay and here no one demands

Good brand , appreciate the way they encourage the customers to fill petrol by getting down the two wheeler, which must b mandatory in all bunks but it is very good that they encourage here. Good customer service but not the same in all branches. Nice shopping outlet within the bunk where u can buy something 90% eatables snack . Overall it’s good

Hi all, I changed my wagon r 2022 engine oil and coolant oil which costed around -5533 rs which is very costly Engine oil - 3850 rs ( 3.5 litres) Coolant oil - 1200 rs (4 litre) Oil filter - 170 rs Tax - 850 rs Total - 6070 rs When we buy in maruti genuine it will cost you only around 2500 rs only So we cannot afford in double to maruti genuine Shell is very costly cannot be affordable .

My go to place for years after corona happened. Midnight coffees and late night snacks hunting take place. Like minded ones are always seen grabbing their cup of cappuccino. Friendly and polite people welcome you with smile and serve you happily. In short its more than a petrol bunkkkkkkk 😅
