We booked the Mussoorie-Rishikesh-Dehradun-Haridwar family tour package. I must say our money was worth it! We were a bit sceptical at first but Rahil was extremely polite and patient with us throughout the journey. He addressed all our concerns very calmly. The hotel rooms we were provided with were amazing. The food(breakfast and dinner) was delicious and with variety. The driver(Mr Santosh Kumar) was very well acquainted with the roads and was really polite. He made sure that we reached our destinations on time. We received fabulous treatment and service from everyone. The itinerary covered all the major tourist attractions/places. We got to witness Ganga aarti which was in my bucket list since long so that was a cherry on top! I would recommend everyone to just go for Bharat Booking Holidays! They deliver what they promise! We planned Leh Ladakh tour through Bharat booking. It was nicely curated as per our requirement. Mr. Robin Bhardwaj who was our coordinator for the tour helped us from very beginning . He is humble and polite and provided us the package as per our requirement. Itinerary was build in a decent way so that we do not get exhausted due to travelling. Starting from transportation, accommodation, food was amazing. Overall hospitality was great. Today Just returned from Assam-Meghalaya tour booked thru Bharat Booking Holidays. Best part with Bharat booking was-their customers support is reachable all the time. Booking experience was seamless. On request they ensured & arranged for a local hindi speaking driver(from local transportation provider). Must appreciate that the driver was extremely good guide. He covered spots more than what was there in itinerary. This was my luck & here I would like to suggest Bharat booking team to consult a local tour operators to plan trip for customers to avoid any heart burns later. For example Kaziranga does not require a halt why to waist one day unnecessary & Guwahati is hot in summer & just 3 hours journey from shillong. Again halt is not required in Guwahati. Fortunately, after talking to few locals, i got my tour schedule corrected. With little bit of effort Bharat booking accommodated my request to cancel my Guwahati hotel & provide extra day in Shillong. Big thank you 🙏 to Bharat booking for that. Overall experience was good!!

We booked shimla-manali-amritsar super deluxe package for 7nights 8days pick up & drop at delhi. Mr Advik thakur planned our tour ver nicely. Driver mr karan was good & skilled in his work. He almost covered all places of intrest in tour. Hotel at shimla-satyam paradise. Spacious room with amazing view from balcony, polite staff & delicious food. Only problem is 6km far from shimla mall road. Hotel at manali - naina resort & cottages. Located at remote location need skilled driver to drive on road to hotel. Very steep road. If this hotel is alloted make sure your room is booked in front A block building. Our room was in B block which is 100mtr far from dining room & walking on this 100mtr track is like adventure as stairs are slippery & big. It was very difficult for us to carry child to dining area. Room was good, amazing view from balcony of snow clad hills of manali. Humble & polite staff, food served was delicious. Hotel at amritsar-oscar hotel. Nice location 3.5 km from golden temple. Room was ok, food is average. Staff is supportive & polite. Apart from all this activities & adventure cost at shimla,manali, kullu to be borne by self as it is not included in package. Visit to rohtang pass also not covered in package & borne by self. Overall good experience with bharat booking holidays. Would recommend. Customer support is nice & will resolve your queries & problems immediately.

We had 7 night 8 days trip to Sikkim and darjeeling with bharat booking and it went really well. Our coordinator was Mr.Devendar and our trip was well planned and managed by him. We had an amazing trip to Shimla and Manali with Bharath Booking. We had no complaints about the services and correspondence with Bharath Booking. Special credits go to Varun who was very supportive from the beginning of this trip. I recommend this to anyone who is planning to visit India. Couple of key things to keep in mind. - Read the conditions carefully and question if you have the slightest doubt - Driver may not be very fluent in English, so better be prepared - Bargaining power of the hotel is low if you let Bharat booking to handle the issues as the hotels will not ruin their B2B contacts. - Enjoy to the max!

D’Polo resort in Dharamshala was marvellous but snow valley resort in Dalhousie was not upto the mark. Cab provided was also not good but driver was good

My tour experience is Good. But I want to let you know few things which could help you to improve them in future. 1) In Munnar the Hotel and nature around it is Good, even food and their hospitality is pretty good. But only thing we have an issue is with HOT water where they had an issue with the heater. 2) In Thakeddy, the Hotel is not at all good, bed and blankets are sticky and here also there is issue with HOT water and served separately. But not but not the least, the location is perfect for one night stay. 3) In Allappey, the Houseboat, food and the staff is very generous and kind. We loved that a lot. One must try FISH fry here. My Suggestion: As a travel agent you need to suggest the people about the places nearby and if there are any places which have crowd during holidays better suggest them to book the tickets for the wild safari and other important places in advance. As a first time traveler I don't the places and what to see. I blindly booked based on the plan you sent. But my request is to give a guide of places to see around which have the pre-bookings to book(wildlife sanctuary) we didn't went due to heavy rush. Better give list of prices(may be tentative) for the first time travelers. So, they might have some idea on this. 4) Our driver Mr. Santhosh, is so nice and have lot of patience. We enjoyed the trip and utilized the times only because of him. He guided us well about what to see in every place. Overall we have good experience and we will continue our relationship in our next tours too.

The trip was fantastic. All the bookings were done and handle in the required manner. We enjoyed the stay and food. The travel agent was also good. Driver was nice , polite and having in depth knowledge of the tourist attractions of the places. Pasang madam was quick in responding the queries.

Sri Mata vaishnodevi(katra) -kashmir-leh ladakh tour(8th may 2023 to 19th may 2023) This was our 2nd tour with BBH. Mr Advik Thakur planned tour nicely. Driver Mr Anil Dogra showed us all places of intrest in Kashmir & dropped us at leh. Later driver Mr stanzin angchyok covered all places in leh Ladakh as mentioned in tour plan . There were some extra charges which were not covered such as pony ride at various places in Kashmir (gulmarg, sonamarg & pehalgam local sight seeing). This was clearly mentioned in BBH tour plan while booking tour package. It can be directly negotiated with local people. But please try to bargain maximum as in Kashmir locals(specially pony owners) tdouble rate. Also please regularly check with traffic department regarding status of Srinagar-leh highway. As upon reaching sonamarg we had to stay overnight (this cost of one night hotel stay was borne by us )as only one way traffic was allowed from Srinagar to leh. Our hotel booking which was in Kargil was of no use as we were not able to reach there. So please plan tour accordingly. Overall good experience with BBH, as customer support is nice. Any problem faced during tour will be immediately resolved by BBH team. Thanks BBH team for wonderful & memorable tour, looking forward to plan more travel with you.
