Fantastic is an understatement. I real estate direct does propert management right. I rented the property I am at for a year before real estate direct took over. The previous company was horrible and unresponsive to any request. RE direct is responsive and first class. Never an issue getting in touch with Lyndsey at RE direct she's the best. You won't find a better property management company anywhere in town or anywhere on the state for that matter!!

I worked with the ladies at Real Estate Direct, I went through a few property managers before them, and I will never want any others. Jenn and Lyndsey went above and beyond to find me first-rate renters and they keep my property in top condition. It seems like they have a vast network of experienced and knowledgeable experts on their speed dial- allowing them to get upkeep and repairs done with the best in the county. 5+ stars!

I am another buyer who fell prey to this flipper. As mentioned in other reviews they cut corners to make as much profit as possible. I understand the game. They lied about the property taxes using the previous owners Homestead exemption for the year we purchased the house. But our mortgage company caught that and we collected the money when taxes became due. I have a great mortgage company. The biggest issue though was that a month after living in the house a pipe burst and flooded the master bedroom and bath. After getting into to fix the pipe our contractor found that mold was everywhere on the inside wood framing which had been accumulating for YEARS! The flipper had recently "fixed" or rather "patched up" the leaking shower pipe and replaced the drywall he said so they knew about the mold. We had the contractor replace the inside pipes minus the main drain. We also had to replace the inside wood framing and drywall. Our Insurance did not cover water damage or mold from burst pipes given the age of the house. We had to pay out of pocket. It cost us thousands of dollars. We had to use the money we had saved to replace the original 1964 era windows. Unfortunately the mold was already in the duct work. I am allergic to mold so I have had sinus and breathing problems for years since moving in the house. We are having the ducts redone this year so maybe I will get better. Luckily before we bought the house our mortgage company had a second inspection done after they saw it was a "flipped" house. They found several issues that had to be fixed. They were not able to find the massive amount of hidden mold that had been covered up behind the drywall. Band aids come off so be careful when dealing with the Schraders. I would definitely have a mold inspector, plumbing inspector, pool inspector and all other types of inspectors come out before you purchase anything. Several extra hundred dollars is worth the years of pain and suffering you will experience from buying a flipped house from this very shady real estate company. I also noticed how vile they become from having bad reviews. I expect the truth hurts. I am surprised they even still have their real estate licenses to be honest.

I owned a lawn business for several years and Real Estate Direct was one of our best customers. Their property managers are incredibly attentive to their properties. Falling on my own sword here; I was called more than once about quality issues with some of the crews that I had. The issues were addressed and corrected professionally, and I always enjoyed doing business with them.They communicate outstandingly well and treat their subcontractors very fairly, even when a customer has outlandish requests like having their lawn mowed every week when it's winter time and the service schedule clearly states that service is provided every other week because the grass has entered it's dormant period.

My family rents a nice house, in a prestigious neighborhood. The landlord agreed to maintain the property, but has failed in doing so. We have gone multiple weeks without lawncare service. Apparently one of the property managers is driving by to determine if the lawn needs to be mowed or not. This company is trying everything they can to cut corners and not have to spend any money on the property. I reached out to the owner of this company thinking this issue would be resolved, but he kept referring us back to one of his property managers. I have spent more time on the phone trying to get things resolved, than I have actually enjoying my very expensive home. The next thing I will be forced to do is to reach out to the owners of the property to see if I can get this resolved.
