I consider myself fortunate to have Dr. Balaji as my primary care physician. He is a phenomenal doctor who possesses insight, wisdom, and proficiency far beyond his medical training. Curious and persistent, he doggedly pursues what’s ailing me -- not letting up -- until the health issue is resolved. All the while he’s friendly and engaging, listening intently to what I have to say. Even though I tend to regard him as a shrewd, hard-nosed medical detective, I clearly see that he’s a compassionate, caring person who is genuinely concerned about his patients’ well-being. Dr. Balaji answers all my questions and reviews with me in detail my lab and imaging results. I have confidence in his abilities and trust what he recommends. I am very pleased with the quality of care I’m receiving. Dr. Balaji is the best primary care physician I’ve ever had. I have been a patient of Dr. Balaji since 2001 and I am praying he never retires! I have had nothing but good experiences with him and his staff. Dr. Balaji has always accurately diagnosed me and he is thorough. He has no issues with referring me to a specialist and always follows up to make sure that I was happy with my experience in their office. In emergencies, after hours, he always responds to calls quickly and takes action when warranted. His staff has always been helpful, whether in getting paperwork filled out or in scheduling appointments as needed. My whole family goes to him now and we all like him. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Balaji and his two Physician Assistants clearly Provide the best medical care and follow-up of any Medical Office I or my family has been to in many years. They are not only available for regular appointments but, also make time to see their patients when an emergency or illness arises. Dr. Balaji rotates service at HOLMES REGIONAL HOSPITAL and he or a Fellow Physician are available if needed on weekends. My 93-year-old mother has been very ill in the last year and required hospitalization twice and once with rehabilitation at Sea Pines. Dr. Balaji or one of the Physician Assistants went to the hospital and Sea Pines each day while she was admitted. And, following discharge, Dr. Balaji called her at home to check on her progress. As I told Dr. Balaji, ” you are very unique and that is a very good thing.” In 2020 who or how can you ask for better medical care? I, my step-father, husband, and as I wrote mother, are very fortunate to be cared for by Dr. Balaji’s entire office.

Dr. Balaji is very strong with your health care. He is very concerned about you as a patient. My best Doctor in many ways.

I have been with Dr Balaji for almost 10 years. He is very through and attentive. I always feel like he has my best interest at heart and will go the extra mile. My conditions are above average and he manages them well. Also when called for, he is able to attend to me in the hospital if and when that happens. He requires a lot of testing, but I feel like it results in better diagnoses and proper treatment. He seems extremely up to date in data and treatment. He cares for his patients. Most of all he does a good job motivating me to do better. His practice and all of his staff are top notch and I recommended him to all. I don't give too many recommendations, maybe 5 in my life and this is one.

Dr. Balaji is extremely knowledgeable, caring, and helped me with sleep issues where many other doctors and specialist misdiagnosed me. He clearly explains his diagnosis both verbally and in writing and had some pretty advanced technology, I get e-mails with all my information so I can keep great records. I *almost* don't want to write this review because I don't want him to get booked up 1+ month in advance! He's an amazing doctor, and it seems hard to find amazing caring doctors around here.

Dr. Balaji is exceptional and is really interested in his patients. I was in hospital for 10 days over Thanksgiving holiday in 2016 and Dr. Balaji or one of his staff saw me in person everyday except for one day when another Dr. that was treating me was there. Most days it was Dr. Balaji. Before I had him I was in the hospital where I used to live for 10 days and only saw the doctor a few times.

Jena and Monique are, without question, two of the best health care providers I've ever dealt with. Caring, concerned and honest. They are willing to go above and beyond for their patients. Their knowledge and compassion are refreshing in today's world of rushed and subpar healthcare.

Recently, I had a visit with the PA, Niroj, and I was in tears when I left because of her compassion and spirit of excellence. She went so far above what was expected to ensure that I obtained a speedy appointment with the specialist since they would not respond to my urgent requests. Niroj contacted the specialist’s office and spoke directly with the provider and explained my situation and he agreed to see me within a few hours. Because of her phone call, I was able to get a speedy appointment and obtained the necessary treatment. She did not have to take that extra step, but it is so greatly appreciated. In addition, she provided the information for an additional specialist to allow me to have options for my treatment, which is incredibly important. She also listened. So many providers do not listen to their patients. This practice is the very best in Brevard County. I am a healthcare practitioner so I recognize quality when I see it. I highly recommend all of the providers at this office. Both Dr. Balaji and Monique are excellent. All of the providers at this center provide holistic, patient-centered care with excellence and compassion. I give you all 5-stars. I just wish there was an option for 10 stars.

I love Dr. Balaji and Dr. Niroj! I've been a patient of theirs for years now. He listens and cares and is very thorough when it comes to your health. He takes his time explaining everything and makes decisions with you. I respect the fact that he only orders medications and testing if necessary versus other doctors just test and medicate you but never find the source of the problem. Dr B is the first doctor to take the time get my blood pressure within normal limits when I walked in the door my blood A1C was 10.2 and he got down quickly to 7.2 no doctor in 20 yrs has has been able to make my heath improve as much as he has I pleased with his knowledge and expertise I found a doctor who truly cares and knows how improve my health. I have been a patient of Dr Balaji's for a few years. In that time, he has saved my life and given me the best care I've ever had. I was in an auto-accident a few years ago, during the course of treatment Dr Balaji ordered additional tests to be thorough. These tests found out that I had cancer. I didn't know it! We caught it early enough to treat. The entire process was stressful and anxiety ridden, yet I knew that I could call on Dr Balaji or his team anytime and I would get the best care. They eased my fears, made sure I was getting all of the treatment I needed, and overall cared for me with compassion. My past experiences with doctors haven't been great, when I say that I adore and trust this team, it means something. This team is thorough, they will order tests. If you have a problem, rest assured they will find the answer. They will explain to you what they found, what it means, what you need to do to get better. They educate. I've had the best experience and will continue to sing praises of the care I've received. Update: I’ve now been under Dr Balaji’s care for years. During that time, my trust and confidence in the quality of the care I receive has only increased. Anytime I’ve been in the hospital he has been on top of my care, whether he was on call or not. He is always involved and making sure everything is up to par. I don’t know how he works as much as he does. The level of detail of his notes, of the records he keeps, are incredible. I’ve never had a more thorough record of my medical history. It makes it so much easier for my entire care team to be on the same page.

Dr. Balaji and his staff are wonderful. The ladies in the front make you feel like your their only patient. Tha nursing staff are always friendly and go beyond anything anyone expects.

Dr. Balaji is an excellent doctor. Having visited him several times now, I can see he has a methodology that he has found to work for patients health. Dr. Balaji has a keen eye and will guide on overall health, with deferral to very qualified specialists when the need arises. I had a potentially life threatening problem that was quickly addressed. He has a very coordinated, friendly and intelligent staff. I had a very difficult year with my health and had to visit 8 different doctors offices. I have not seen any that are as helpful and friendly as Dr. Balaji's group. I'm continuing to visit this office.
