    I had a terrible experience at this place. I called about a Groupon rate and scheduled but did not purchase til I got my evaluation. So I purchased after. The front woman gave me attitude because they wanted me to pay directly not through the app. Groupon had some sort of issue and the purchase went pending. The staff was not understanding nor nice about it. They literally treated me like a crook. My Groupon was $280 and they wanted to charge me $800!! Of course I was outraged id already purchased the $280. I was so upset I was literally shaking as they were treating me like I was trying not to pay. Even though they already had my cc on file and I showed them the Groupon. It wasn’t til I told the manager that I was going to write this review did she calm down and stop treating me like I was trying steal services. So even though I had the Groupon she still double charged me.. literally 5 min after I left Groupon fixed the issue. This place is TRASH. Staff is awful. I would not recommend going here. I was treated yesterday and my forehead is full of red lumps and sore to the touch. I’ve been getting neurotoxins for 10+ years! Not normal. Definitely will update with results.

    After consultation with Sydney, I signed up for a $1500 package 3 PRP Micro needling and 3 VI Peel Plus for my type of skin to reduce some older acne scars and tightening at my age. I had one of each - their micro needling machine does not penetrate and the peel did not aid in any peeling / shedding of old cells like I was told it will do. I was skeptical to go forward since the result was poor, so I decided to reach out to the office manager, Agata or Jen the nurse. My emails and phone calls were ignored. For the first $500 spent, I received a glorified facial and that's all I have to say about this experience. Unsatisfied Customer

    BEWARE! Extremely dishonest. They tell you not to purchase the Groupon, that they will honor the price. Then they cut the service time in half. When I asked about it, they said "the Groupon version is shorter". This is such dishonest business. Then asked to speak to a manager on Sunday, Wednesday afternoon rolls around, still no call. Front desk attendant, says rudely "She has services she does too". I said three days to wait for call from manager and the email for corporate you gave me bounced back. "Yes we are trying to figure that out". Please do not waste your money, you will leave upset.

    I got my friend a gift card for this place. She got a 90 minute deep tissue massage. Her massage therapist, Romeo, apparently did wonders for her tension and even did some minor adjustment. I never saw her look so relaxed after leaving a massage clinic like she did leaving here.

    I love everything about my hair removal treatment here. Chrissy, Magdalena, & Sydney, amazing!!!! Thank you, Aesthetic Medical Center! You rock!!! Best hair removal technicians! Your clinicians are always very nice. Not to mention, your clinic itself is very aesthetically and therapeutically pleasing! I love the added touch of the complimentary coffee and snacks. Thank you!!!! 😃

    You would never think the experience from a vampire facial was relaxing, but it was the best exfoliating experience I’ve ever had. Christine was awesome, thank you! Coming back soon.

    Prior to my first (and only) appointment, I completed all of the extensive new patient forms online only to be told when I arrived for my visit that I would have to complete them all again in person. I paid $288 for Dysport injections on 8/14 and was told to return in 2 weeks for a follow-up/touch-up. My 2 week follow-up appointment was cancelled due to staffing issues so I rescheduled it 4 weeks after my original injections (9/11). I received automated confirmation texts three times with incorrect dates listed on them. I called on the morning of 9/11 to confirm my appointment which ended up being scheduled for the wrong date despite confirming it twice with two different staff members. This office clearly has organizational and scheduling issues, not to mention I saw absolutely no results with the Dysport injections. I have had Dysport before at other Med-Spas and had very good results but this entire experience was very disappointing and underwhelming. I will be going elsewhere and would not recommend this office.

    It was the first time for me getting fillers, and the staff made me feel so comfortable as they thoroughly explained what they thought would work best for me. Also, Jan, who administered the injections, took her time and explained what she was doing every step of the way. Very kind and professional staff. I'll go back!

    I had my first laser hair removal session today. Zoe was my aesthetician. She explained the whole process to me and was very attentive during the session to make sure I was comfortable. After the session she made sure to teach me about things to do and not do until my next session. She is very knowledgeable about the procedure and a very pleasant young lady. I recommend Zoe if you are looking to have laser hair removal.

    Literally the best massage I’ve ever had in my life. I’ve seen therapists with different techniques but Romeo topped them all. I generally have neck / back pain and his precision of where he worked was perfect. You knew as soon as he started the massage it was going to be great. After the massage he suggested to continue to stretch to avoid more issues with my neck/back. Thank you!

    I had about 100 massages in my life and this was the worst massage experience I ever had. Do not get Romeo. I can take a lot, but he started ripping my neck muscles as hard as he could right away. My neck was sore for a week. Then he started stretching my arms and legs way beyond the movement they could do. Finally I had enough and told him to stop. It was an ackward and painful experience. I would not get a massage at this place.

    I've really debated writing this review, because my technician was a sweetheart. I've been coming to the center for the last year, and my first experience was Botox. The woman I saw recommended a much larger dose than I have ever gotten at any other Med Spa, but I agreed to it. By the time it was supposed to have taken effect, it had absolutely no effect. They were kind and redid the Botox at the next appointment (I also switched technicians), citing a bad batch. The second batch did fine. I decided to try Dysport this fall, which I have had before as well. At first, I requested fewer units than my tech suggested, as I had never needed that many units at my old Med Spa. When I wasn't happy with the results, I went back and paid for more, which was totally on me for not taking her recommendation to begin with. However, I've been back twice since, and I still have lines on my forehead. I called my old Med Spa to check my old dosages, because it seems like I was getting much higher doses at aesthetic center than I ever had before, and let them know that I wasn't getting the results I used to get. They said it can be anything from poor storage of product to over dilution of product. Again, I feel terrible for writing this, but with so many mediocre experiences here, I won't be going back, and wouldn't recommend it to a friend or family member. It's expensive and there's no excuse for simple Botox and Dysport not to work so many times in a row - i'm just headed back to the city. So disappointed and feel like I got ripped off.

    This place was way different than it looks in the Google photos. I purchased a Groupon, and they didn’t have any service that matched the Groupon. I felt that they were really pushy and rude when I said I was going to return the Groupon. It was VERY strange.
