This place is just a shadow of what it used to be, no more tables only stools with counters. They turned it into a fast food carryout restaurant, with a small window used as a drive-thru, for orders placed ahead of time. It's also super smokey in this place. I don't understand why they don't turn on the extractor, so it won't choke the interior with smoke. The steak burritos and tortas got smaller and almost doubled in price. The steak on my burrito was way over cooked and it caused it to taste like beef jerky. They changed way too much, unfortunately not in good way. I'm not sure if I'll ever be coming back.

They always make mistakes. Never recognize or apologize for their mistakes. In the past it’s simple mistakes we can let slide: like being charged for lime and no lime is included. Or asking for a plain taco for our son and then putting onion and cilantro in it. I ordered a Beans and Cheese Gordita, no vegetables. They gave me a gordita with cheese only. The thing was dry and hard. I called to let them know and they blamed ME for their mistake. I asked if they could remake it and they said they would just give me a side of beans. I told them I’m not going back for a side of beans I asked for a gordita with beans and cheese. They made it wrong. I asked if they could put a note down for tomorrow. This hard piece of dough was $4 and it was to satiate a pregnancy craving. No apologies, they were rude and condescending on the phone, told me I would be LUCKY to be able to come back and get a side of beans. Spoke with Laura over the phone and they were all arguing in the background instead of someone just saying “I’m sorry we’ll remake it”she told me to call back tomorrow and speak to Alexandra. This place used to be really good, the staff is absolute trash none of the cooks in the background yelling could take accountability for not reading an order ticket correctly. Also when I called I spoke in fluent Spanish.

They will tell you 5-10 min over the phone , when you get there is 15-20 min wait. No apologies or anything, if you order tacos you’ll get a bunch of onions very little meat. The meat is cooked better during the day then if you go in the afternoon/night. Awful customer service, and very poor behavior from staff , you can see a lot of cross contamination going on. Staff should not clean while cooking.

Had a steak taco. I read the reviews before ordering as I haven’t been there in quite some time. All seemed great. My meat was burned and you can taste the char and burntness in every bite. Glad I only got one. And it cost $4.84 for 1.

Only 2 places have this type of steak. La Pasadita & ZacaTacos. Both delicious but they out of control with prices. $14.52 for 3 tacos. If I wanted cheese its extra. If I wanted lime its extra. There is nothing we could do about it and they are the best Tacos, but damn, its cheaper to eat at The Olive Garden. Soon its gonna be cheaper to eat at Fogo De Chao.

This place was the greatest! Lately the meat taste sour and the rice water taste like condensed milk all the way seems like they have it sitting in the fridge for days. I went last Sunday and the lady was sweeping rising dust while we were eating there.. they also messed up several orders while i was present.

Tacos are hands down top 3 on my book. Unfortunately, last time I was here I asked for a cup of ice and I was being charged $1 for a cup of ice find that insane.... even though I do love there tacos I will be stepping back for a while because of this.

Don't call Saturday nights the ladies got confused all the times whit the orders , and don't apologize at all 01/21/23 I give it a try again and this happens I ask for no crema, and guess what , the cook didn't care and throw double creama. And of course the staff in front never pay attention. i wish I could have my money back, but I'm sure the owners don't care about what people think about the restaurant longest they keep making money it's what matters to them.

If you guys like onion on your tacos, ask them to put it on the side because they will literally load the taco with nothing but onion. Here’s all the onion I got from two tacos.

Very disappointed with this. This a an order of guacamole and chips 4$ Talk about smaller portions!! Not only is the guac the size of the free salsa you get when you order food but it was bland; no sat, lime etc. will not be going back for guac!

I started a new route and someone said check this place out. Probably one of the best Tacos I’ve ever had. Huge Taco! The Steak is fantastic! The service is fast and friendly. Definitely Check it out

I was very disappointed at this location. I was expecting same quality of food but was very sad at result. I ordered a pastor taco, a language taco, and for some reason got charged for a Carne asada taco. First the tongue taco, it wasn't fully cooked and was very cold. The pastor was more like a stew than the regular pastor you get from the spit. Seasoning was terrible, did not taste as pastor should. The Carne asada tasted raw, very chewy, and no seasoning. Never going back. Sorry but if you want something oa nearby that are decent, go to mean down the street.

It's pretty much a go-to for good steak tacos and burritos. They also have vegetarian/vegan options and a drive-up window for orders you can call ahead to pick up, which makes it super convenient to be in and out.

Subject: Disappointing Experience - Unwillingness to Resolve I recently ordered five tacos with cilantro and cheese, along with an additional solo asada taco for takeout. Upon arriving home to enjoy the meal with my family, I realized one taco was missing. Understandably, mistakes happen, so I promptly called to inform them and explore potential solutions. Regrettably, the establishment failed to offer any viable alternatives. Ideally, in the event of an error, businesses should consider options such as delivering the missing item or providing a refund. Surprisingly, they claimed that neither of these alternatives was feasible, despite the standard practice in most businesses. I expressed my willingness to accept a refund for the missing taco, a common and reasonable resolution. However, I was met with resistance, with the explanation that this option was unavailable. In today's technological age, most businesses have mechanisms for issuing refunds, making this response quite perplexing. Furthermore, I was informed that I had only one week to collect the missing taco, after which the offer would expire. Such a limited timeframe seems arbitrary and unnecessarily restrictive. This experience left me disappointed and frustrated, not only due to the oversight in my order but also because of the lack of a customer-centric approach in addressing the issue. I believe a more professional and customer-friendly response would greatly enhance the reputation of your establishment.

If your in need for some good tacos this might be the place but it depends on the cook. You might get something delicious or something dry. The chata is very good, lovely flavor.
