STAFF
IS
RUDE.
If
you
are
planning
on
coming
to
this
store
to
put
in
an
order
for
an
ice
cream
cake
for
a
birthday/anniversary
or
any
other
event..
STOP.
Do
NOT
come
in.
Don't
waste
your
time.
They
won't
help
you.
I
came
in
on
03/02/2022
at
3pm.
I
came
in
and
went
straight
to
their
cake
catalog
which
is
located
on
the
right
side
as
you
come
inside
the
building.
After
looking
through
their
selection
and
making
a
decision
I
approched
the
cashier
and
asked
if
I
could
put
an
order
in
for
a
ice
cream
cake
for
a
future
date.
She
then
told
me
to
"hold
on"
so
she
can
go
get
the
"cake
book"
and
went
into
the
back.
after
coming
back
in
few
minutes
she
said
she
wasn't
able
to
find
it,
therefore
she
couldn't
take
my
order.
I
asked
if
she
could
call
the
store
manager
because
they
had
the
same
problem
last
December,
where
the
girl
couldn't
find
the
"cake
book"
as
well
but
after
calling
the
manager,
the
book
was
found
and
I
was
able
to
put
in
my
order.
She
then
snarled
and
told
me
no
that
she
will
not
call
the
manager
because
"she
is
going
to
tell
you
the
same
thing
as
me"
even
though
I
explained
to
her
that
last
time
the
last
manager
knew
the
location
of
the
"cake
book"
and
we
had
no
further
problems.
I
asked
her
if
she
knew
how
else
I
can
put
my
order
in.
And
she
told
me
to
go
to
Baskin
Robbins
website
and
order
it
online.
So
I
went
to
go
sit
down
in
a
chair
and
went
online
to
do
such
that.
After
finding
their
store
location,
selecting
my
cake,
customizing
it,
the
last
step
is
to
check
out.
Well
after
you
click
"Check
out"
their
website
breaks.
It
takes
you
to
the
screen
that
says
something
along
the
lines
"oops
we
have
frozen,
please
try
again"
and
it
keeps
crashing
every
single
time.
It
crashes
right
after
clicking
check
out.
I
walked
up
to
the
same
girl
and
said
they
their
website
keeps
crashing,
showed
her
the
screen
and
it's
not
letting
me
order
a
cake.
She
told
me
to
connect
to
the
public
wifi.
It
wasn't
the
internet
issue
but
website
issue.
I
once
again
asked
if
she
minded
if
we
called
the
manager
and
ask
if
there
was
something
we
could
do
and
she
said
no.
I
think
at
this
point,
it's
very
unprofessional.
She
woulndt
listen
to
anything
else
I
had
to
say
and
told
me
tough
luck.
The
girl
that
was
behind
the
counter
had
very
short
brown
hair
and
was
wearing
glasses.
No
name
tag
was
worn.
When
I
asked
what
I
can
do
next,
she
told
me
to
drive
around
town
and
find
a
place
that
can
order
with
me.
"drive
around"
like
in
going
to
be
wasting
my
gas
because
this
girl
is
too
lazy
to
call
her
manager
and
ask
for
help.
Especially
since
her
other
coworkers
that
took
my
order
in
the
past
had
NO
ISSUES.
I
do
believe
she
was
plain
LAZY.
and
had
0
customer
service
skills.
I
will
NOT
be
wasting
my
time
at
this
location,
nor
will
they
get
any
more
of
my
money.
Please
train
your
staff
to
do
better.
