    Bad service! Dont waste your time here I went inside and waited for someone to attend me and I been waiting 10 mins in line and no one took care of me until the lady working there came to the register looking high off some type of drugs even a customer behind me told me the worker looked high she didn’t even know what she was doing you can tell this lady was on something so I told her never mind and walked out

    Rude manager, drinks ok, but donuts not made fresh in house like krispy kreme. Krispy kreme is all fresh in-house and usually have price of double-dozens for dunkin's one dozen price. I also remember before covid people told to leave by manager for staying in dining area for more than 15 minutes. Krispy kreme lattes are great too. Dunkin is my last option after Tim hortons or Krispy Kreme

    I think this is my favorite DD in the area. I'm new back to this area and always remember how I would get their donuts always so fresh. Iced coffee with SF vanilla shots and chocolate long johns also taste the BEST!! Must constantly be selling and updating everything. The chorizo and egg wrap is good too but not like those chocolate long johns.

    My first time trying Dunkin! Super cute place. I got a large iced Hazelnut macchiato 🥰 sooo yummy I'm really sad I don't have them back where I live.

    I rarely like to use the mobile apps for places.... today is great example why . I ordered 10 piece munchkins with my 2 coffees and changed the assortment (because you can in the app, it shows what's available) welll when I get there he tells me 3 of the 4 flavors I asked for were unavailable ..... so I didn't want them anymore . He said he can't take it off because I already paid.... yeah paid for something I can't have because YOU DIDNT POST TO THE APP THATS IT NOT AVAILABLE AT YOUR LOCATION . which I didn't kno thats what they can do, I called to suggest that . So turns out, they didn't do their job. Smh waste of time

    CUSTOMER SERVICE SECOND TO NONE. STAFF IS RUDE. If you are planning on coming to this store to put in an order for an ice cream cake for a birthday/anniversary or any other event.. STOP. Do NOT come in. Don't waste your time. They won't help you. I came in on 03/02/2022 at 3pm. I came in and went straight to their cake catalog which is located on the right side as you come inside the building. After looking through their selection and making a decision I approched the cashier and asked if I could put an order in for a ice cream cake for a future date. She then told me to "hold on" so she can go get the "cake book" and went into the back. after coming back in few minutes she said she wasn't able to find it, therefore she couldn't take my order. I asked if she could call the store manager because they had the same problem last December, where the girl couldn't find the "cake book" as well but after calling the manager, the book was found and I was able to put in my order. She then snarled and told me no that she will not call the manager because "she is going to tell you the same thing as me" even though I explained to her that last time the last manager knew the location of the "cake book" and we had no further problems. I asked her if she knew how else I can put my order in. And she told me to go to Baskin Robbins website and order it online. So I went to go sit down in a chair and went online to do such that. After finding their store location, selecting my cake, customizing it, the last step is to check out. Well after you click "Check out" their website breaks. It takes you to the screen that says something along the lines "oops we have frozen, please try again" and it keeps crashing every single time. It crashes right after clicking check out. I walked up to the same girl and said they their website keeps crashing, showed her the screen and it's not letting me order a cake. She told me to connect to the public wifi. It wasn't the internet issue but website issue. I once again asked if she minded if we called the manager and ask if there was something we could do and she said no. I think at this point, it's very unprofessional. She woulndt listen to anything else I had to say and told me tough luck. The girl that was behind the counter had very short brown hair and was wearing glasses. No name tag was worn. When I asked what I can do next, she told me to drive around town and find a place that can order with me. "drive around" like in going to be wasting my gas because this girl is too lazy to call her manager and ask for help. Especially since her other coworkers that took my order in the past had NO ISSUES. I do believe she was plain LAZY. and had 0 customer service skills. I will NOT be wasting my time at this location, nor will they get any more of my money. Please train your staff to do better.

    Took my 5 year old to purchase himself a donut. The staff was super kind and helped him make his choice. The Associate helped him count his money for the transaction. Had a great learning experience about money and customer service.

    young black guy at the window working 02/04/24 @ 9:00am dropped my food bag outside the car then walked away fast . Wasn’t a big deal until he totally dipped when he knows he was in the wrong. Messed up customer service n wanting to act slow as hell

    I literally came back to this review to explain how AWESOME this location is. They ALWAYS nail the coffee PERFECTLY and are so friendly. I’ve NEVER had a bad experience here and I frequent this location about once a week on average (usually more lol) thank you for being an awesome team and I appreciate y’all so much!

    Waited in the drive-thru for over 15 minutes for two (2) drinks. I was on my way to work. The hot chocolate was turned into a hot coffee that I didn’t order. I was more than angry when I kept calling without z as n answer to resolve this issue. 🤬

    Large size store. With a very poor selection of donuts. Couldn't even get a bottle of white milk. Seems like this place needs to just change the name to coffee and ice cream shop.

    The staff was friendly and really made me feel welcome! I really enjoyed my shake especially never having the coconut pineapple no sugar added flavor but it was really good!! Thank you

    The young lady at the drive-thru/register was SO nice! A refreshing experience since most of the time they sound grumpy and uninterested. Also, my coffee was perfect!!!

    Usually a great location but heavier set girl has a bad attitude. I understand you're having a bad day but I'm not giving you attitude. All you have to do is make my food. No reason for talking back. Disrespectful. She shouldn't be working in customer service. She did remake my coffee but seems like it wasn't made properly. She didn't even put the whip cream I asked for and charged me $.50 cents more than any other location.

    I NEVER write reviews but I am doing so to save some people time and money. This Dunkin is by far the worst I have ever gone to. As others say don’t bother coming past 9pm. I work night shift so on the occasion I need a coffee I will sometimes just try to see if I can get a coffee and every time I am reminded why this place sux. The employees will ignore you and not even answer. I once even had a guy pretend like he was an automated voice saying “they were not accepting orders at this time”. Literally go anywhere else but this place! BEWARE!!! The owners should be ashamed of the reputation this location has earned
